Hey I meant to ask, what do most guys that play there use layout wise? I notice the large tables don't resize...


I put up another beta. It's got most of the spam blocking and auto table closing etc- I've started with what I think works-no gaurantees though . The cursor mover keeps it's eyes out for the countdown timer and promotes those tables to top priority, I didn't put this in the other version as I'm not yet totally convinced that they are being recognized, let me know if you think it's working/not working.

Escaped the knife for three weeks

Looks like I got the attention queue sorted out. If you tried it in Beta 1 I guess you noticed that it was responding to other players on the clock. Well it's sorted out in Beta 2 and I'm pretty sure this will do the job for a lot of tables. If you have Beta 1 then just download the EXE only and switch it over, there are no ini changes, I did make some tweaking adjustments so if Beta 1 is working well for you then put it away in a folder in case, but they shouldn't cause any concerns.

If you are still a bit confused about how to best use the posting on the Classic or Modern Layout I made a post at the blog.

In the Beta-release when you click play until blind the small blind didnt post like it use to do. Its very annoying to post big blind and then sit out.

Wow, I can't believe someone noticed that lol. I just took it out because I thought everyone waited until they were out of the blinds to press it. Ok so you want it so that if you press play until blinds if it sees Post SB then that is it's first priority before sit out?

What I noticed is that the notes and stuff don't get moved any more, the post until blinds issue Purple mentioned and my "usual" problems (do you have any ideas where dis comes from?).

The problems with the window moving was my mistake splitting the program into two, I've fixed it, tomorrow for those. The post blind will be done as well.

Ok, to the serious stuff , by your "usual" do you mean you are getting windows closing on you in Beta 1. If you are then I'm well on the way to working it out because I eliminated a lot of things in that Beta- but again you are the only one who said anything. Either way, it can only be a few things now if that's what you mean.

It just occured to me you might be talking about the cursor mover, I'm aware that wasn't working in 1 and it's fixed in 2. But I believe I also got the urgent table issue fixed- I think you will find that any table with the clock running gets selected first. It pretty hard to test for TBH but I simulated it as best I could and I'm sure it was working. I really think that's going to be fast enough to allow you to play any amount of tables.

I was talking about the resetting of the statistics window (its not really a prio but a bug nevertheless), the closing of tables hasn't occurred yet so that might be solved?

My roomie has the stable version, if he notices something he will give me a yell.

I am going to try the cursor movement soon and give some feedback.

Ok, got another Beta, There is no changes to the ini so if you have beta 1 or 2 then you can just download the EXE only and switch them over in the main folder.

The window moving is fixed, just fouled it up when rearranging the beta/stable thing. Added forced small blind posting when you have hit Play until blinds for both layouts.

Had a stab at the Statistics window Chaliko, hard to fix something that my computer doesn't do but I put in some measures where it is likely to be coming from, let me know if it resolves it. I did some work on the spam hiding also.

Yeah I might get onto that next actually, I've always planned to do one but wanted to get the cursor mover right first- I'll get something together...

Its pretty much the same, just on that one you dont have to press a key, its always there on the tables.

What I could do is hook it up to the cursor mover or the table highlighter- then have an option to show the pot odds for any call on the active table, sound ok? Actually I guess I could just hook it to the cursor, then if you activate it the pot odds would be shown for any window where the cursor is inside and you are facing a call...

Any eta on a version that doesn't expire that has the autocheck and don't fold function? That is my favourite part of ez cash but I can't get it working with either of the current versions that work. Thanks

ah i think i figured it out..I can just set the check/fold button to a certain key and it seems to work fine (i use betpot as well)

It would be nice to have this feature though

The old beta versions with the autocheck(don't fold) feature worked well.

Hmmm, I didn't actually change that. However since the last beta I noticed my lobby has popped up on it's own a couple of times so maybe the same thing is interfering with that (although I haven't had a problem with fold/free check). I'll put together a non expiring version within a few days and you can test it, if it goes fine then I'll make it available for registration. But it seems like whatever I did in the last beta interfered with it so if I put it in the stable version (without all the other changes) it will likely work anyhow.

Actually, the stable version doesn't have fold/free check, that's why you can't get it to work - I'll put something up for you today.

There is one hotkey to add to EzCASH.ini near the top-

If you already have a stable version installed and you haven't switched the ini's before then this is what you do-

Remove the two files with the extension .ini form your existing EzCASH folder (c:\Program Files\PartyEzCASH)- these contain your hotkeys and preferences.

Uninstall EzCASH from add/remove programs and install the new version.

Switch your ini files over with the new ones and then cut and paste the changes mentioned above from the new ini into your old one- if you don't want to do this then you have to type your settings in again.

There hasn't been any trouble with 2c, if this version goes faultlessly then I'll make it available for registration within a week.

I tried beta3.

* After punching "play until blind" it will post SB (a good thing) but it will not actually click sit out.

* When i start a session it will very often do everything right eg; waiting for BB, autopost BB. But now and then, on some tables, it will just tick the auto post B BEFORE it has clicked the waiting for BB thing. This will result in posting out of turn.

* I tried the move mouse feature. If I understand correctly it should give priority to tables where its your turn and the timer is going. I have tested this, but as far as i can see the mouse goes to table with the "blinking on" (like it was before).


I think your idea of prioritizing tables with the timer is obv better than just the random thing, but still it can result in timing out if you decide to tank on a table and a lot of tables have timers on you. Is it not possible (I really have no clue) to let ezcash keep track in what order the tables need your action? By keeping a log or something.

OK thanks for the feedback on the posting. I changed it around to fit the Post Small Blind back in during play until blinds so I'll put in some more work on it. I noticed something with the way I did the tables that are on the timer yesterday actually and I've already put it in the next beta. (Table Highlighter in next Beta btw). I think first things first is to get the urgent tables selecting first, then we can go from there. Did the reset stats thing stop?

Oh highlighter would be awesome, no the resetting thing didn't stop srry. Good job overall btw!

All of the weird party changes (especially the lobby issues and modern/classic stuff) must be a pain to work around. I know spadeye has been having a tough time getting things to run smoothly as well.
