We have some pretty cool ideas, and we invite you to be a part of it.

After we end our presentation of NCE Breakthrough (first 2 weeks of streaming), we will make some challenges which I'll try to conquer. The idea is that you choose the challenges by a voting method we'll provide. The challenges would last for around 1 month each. We can go through different limits, different sites, different types(like zoom or hu). We would document every challenge with results, stats, and graphs so you could see differences between the limits, and also see the difference between some poker environments and player pools. I'll show how I play using NCE Breakthrough. If there will be interest we could continue streaming all challenges. You can be with us on streams, asking questions, giving suggestions, and ideas.

We are also thinking about adding guests while streaming. Talking to players who bought the program and seeing them in action with the program. Also on occasion we'll have some giveaways (like we have now when we get to 100, 200, and 300 followers on twitch).

Multiway situations are played very poorly by many players. People just don't know how to play multiway. This is a popup that he loves to use to exploit his opponents.

Something very different with the Breakthrough HUD than any other previous NCE HUDs are the "noB" and "vDe" lines. These HUD stats are just gold in my opinion. The majority of players are so exploitable here. Identifying players with these leaks, and implementing a good strategy will make you harder to play against, and boost your red-line and winrate.

Do you see any glaring leaks? I do! In this sample this player rarely CBets the Flop from OOP in a 3BP. When he does Skip his CBet, he almost always folds to a Flop stab. Seems like a pretty profitable person to be calling 3Bets from when you're IP.

It's so important for your overall winrate to find leaks like this on player's that you often play with.

Hey guys!

Some questions about stats and their exploitability in general.

How do we decide what is a good enough sample to get a somewhat reliable result? (Obv the more the better.) But how do I know what is a good benchmark for the more obscure stats? And which stats that require bigger samples etc. Is it just routine and common knowledge that applies here?

Also how do we keep ourself from getting fooled by stats that are sort of related?

For example, a guy w extremely low 3b freq that CB 100% will sure as hell look like we should be raising him or floating him ALOT if we only looked at the CB stats. But vs a 1% 3b this is ofc not the case... Yes this one will be easy to spot. But I guess there is more of these type of "traps" with other stats too, that are harder to spot?

I've always been using a light HUD version and haven't made too many adjustment because of my HUD. I hope you understand my questions and maybe can give me some tips and tricks with this?

Hello everybody!

Hallbet, let me try to answer your question. I think that having around 1k sample, can give you a good idea about your opponents macro strategy, their style of play, and some tendencies. For example, you can see, he's preflop strategy(how wide or narrow he generally is and in 3bet pots), what kind of cbet strategy he's using, how much he folds to cbet(that will help you a lot with ranging him postflop), how he plays his checking ranges, and stab ranges. So you can get pretty good informations for all of this, even on not so much big of a sample.

But specific poker situations, like 3bet pots, 4bet pots, deep play, need to have a lot more hands(if i need to make a number I would say about 5k-10k min.) so you can identify hotspots, and to have an idea about what your opponent is doing. So you need to make presumptions based on information you have, and like many things in poker you need to put stats into corelation based on logic. You gave me example about somebody cbets 100% in 3bet pots, but when you like visualize his range,if it's 3%(JJ+ and AK), he can cbet 100% on most boards, because he's range is so strong and narrow. So you can't make decision in complex spot based on only one stat(like only cbeting stats in this example). Poker is game of informations, and putting that informations in use.

Tommorow I'm starting zoom challenge(that you voted for), I'll have 0 hands on opponents, 0 reads to 50k hands. So you will be able to see how much of sample I need to make decisions, and figure out corect strategys. So, I'm iniviting everybody here to be a part of this, to give ideas, maybe critics, to discuss hands and more. Let's crush this together!
