yes it will still count. You'll get one month added from whatever day that you pay - even if it expired weeks beforehand.

I've just realised that notes with a '%' symbol in the description are not displaying, is that character allowed ?

Make sure windows is fully updated.

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try again.

If it still won't work, try enabling the [x] Auto-Detect option at the top of the LAN-Settings dialog.

any possibility of adding an 'effective stack size' filter/variable ?

The effective stack size can already be filtered using previous actions. As far as a variable, would that be the minimum stack size of people who got to the flop? I can add that to the list for the next release. The feature freeze that is currently in place could end sooner than I expected due to nobody reporting new bugs for a few days now

I'm gonna to purchase your software... do you provide a license for two PCs with a single purchase? Like HM and PT3?

So there is no way to filter for effective stack sizes after hero?

I'm trying to apply it to SnGs. getting a note on shoves. lets say hero shoves 20Bbs in the SB into a 5bb BB, notecaddy will say that hero shoved 20BBs, when he is really only shoving 5. any way to take this into account? I know HEM has a filter for it, so i think its possible.

This would be a great way to overcome the eff stack size issue. so it just notes the smallest or largest stack sizes on flop.

If it were on the flop, then the bet size would only be considered 5 BB. Given that it's pre flop, then you're right there's no way to filter it for now. I can extend the effective bet size to work for pre flop also and that should take care of this. I'll put it in the release notes when it's done. My guess is that the next release will be Sept 19

First off, this program looks awesome and I will definitely be purchasing this program when my trial runs out barring something crazy happening.

Two questions:

1) Can the custom filters be used to get statistics versus a specific player (obviously, me)? If not, can we play with the ranges for "tight" player to restrict this label to ourself, thereby creating "vs player" stats?

2) Is there any way to add percentages to the numbers in the notes? Like, can there be an option in a future release to put a percentage on every note immediately after the number? While knowing that an opponent has checked behind in a certain situation 45/192 times or whatever is very useful, my mind has been trained to work in percentages and while multitabling I don't convert them that quickly in my head.

I made some custom scripts for how often my opponents are threebetting me specifically. I used the 3bet script, but unclicked "had to showdown" and entered the pf action of me opening a previously unopened pot.

I ran all of the custom scripts in a test environment and all of them said "success." I moved all other notes to inactive and tried to have the program output only my custom notes, but everytime I run NotesCaddy, it creates zero new notes.

I have looked in the test environment numerous times and the scripts are working correctly. I am sure it is something simple I am overlooking.

One very strange thing I did change was I set the minimum players dealt to zero. This is because when I first tried the test environment, I was getting the error "minimum number of players must be 2 or greater but it was zero." So I'm not sure if this is related to the problem, but the program was adding your preloaded notes with no problems whatsoever. Once I made this change, it was correctly identifying the situation in my script and marking "success."

You may need to reset your notes. When you click start on the main screen, does it say it is processing hands?

Mergin notes

For instance we got 3 notes definitions:
- limps TT-AA
- calls raise oop with premiums
- slowplay overpairs

We could set the condition like using IF/OR
The program could erase all the 3 notes and make one note: slowplayer

Another feature request :

Show hands from the database when notes are matched

This could be a great feature to control the notes added...
Right now I'm using your program, and I'm trying to set up some simple filters...

I made one: Flats big PP OOP, in some players I got (2) (I guess it means how many times he done that) but when I check into HM I found only one spot...
So, I guess I missed something, the question is... where?
Testing enviroment is cool but, my suggested feature will help to figure out the things gone wrong
