Hello
First of all i contacted HM support about the issue and i followed their instructions but sadly it did not help resolve my problem so i was told to mail my problem to
support@assaultware.com. But got not delivered msg and cant send PM so posting it here instead . I Uploaded (LINK:

hm2 logs, windows event and windows crash report( could not find the .xml file for some reason)). Also i did enable logging and automatically submit errors in NC today. And did attach NC system reports via submit system report in help tab drop down menu when note creation stoped halfway( as described in 111111Additional info while troubleshooting). Hope dropbox works
My laptop perform fine otherwise and i did not notice other errors/crashes/blue screens etc while using it for other things
11111111111111111111111111Problem:
I Had to reinstall windows 7 after upgrade to ssd. Updated windows 7 installed everything etc all went fine.
I have around 700000 hands (from Ipoker/WPN/MG/pokerstars) which i exported from my other pc and manually imported them fine. The NC note creation went fine for roughly 300000 hands but suddenly stoped. I got an windows error message that HM2 was using all memory and will be closed. In the processmanager i saw that it was using 12-15gb of memory. Normally while NC creating notes i never saw it going above 5gb ram. I removed this database and made new but got same error after 600000 hands processed.
Also i started HM2 after crash and NC note creating worked fine for like
2min or roughly 5000hands processed ( i have persist notes to database
every 5000hands) But would not go any futher after - pressing start stop did not help also. Also in process manager
i see that ram usage is constantly growing. Even when i click the STOP button ram usage would grow. I had to close HM after it
reached 8gb ram usage not to have crash

ProcessWorkingSetHandAmount is 840
Updated to latest NC version

1111111111111111111111111Things i did AFTER i contacted HM support:

111111111111111111111111Additional info while troubleshooting
I noticed that sometimes it would crash after NC processed 300000hands, sometimes after 400000 or even after 600000
One time NC processed 450000 normally. Then i had to close hm and turn off laptop for personal reasons. HM started normally next time and NC processed the remaining hands just fine. The problems started when i switched from NC winndow ribbon to home ribbon. Immidiate spike to 12000mb ram usage for HM in process manager and 5sec second freeze of hm. But in the end it switched fine and ram usage returned to 2000. I switched back to NC ribbon and no ram spike - roughly 2000mb usage for HM. Then switch back to home ribbon adn again 12gb ram usage. Teh i switched back to NC and then reports tab ribbon. Here i just got "black screen". Could not do anything. altf4 did not work. Had to PRESS turn off button on my laptop and got windows blue screen right after
111111111111111111111Blue screen problem
I got the following link from HM2 support about blue screen that happened:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...7-d062f296fdc8
Sadly it did not resolve the crash problem as i followed the steps in it and also i dont have any process file named ntoskrnl.exe/LGBusEnum.sys
