Hi I would like to have simple note definition:
-HU PLO
-W$SD when bet river (all scenarios when river was betted and there was showdown)
How to create it? Is anybody willing to make it for me? I am eager to pay for it.

those are 3 stats:

- bet river
- bet river + won

- composite definition bet river+won.instances/bet river.instances

to be fair, there could be a more elegant way

color coding for pokerstars not possible with composite notes?

works perfect with normal notes

the solution was to delete the partitions in the note itself

Does anyone have any idea if NoteCaddy is going to get an update anytime soon so that it will work for WPN (like America's Cardroom) hands after their software update earlier this year which apparently changed the way HH's are written?

I created an alias in HM2 and I'd like to look at Notecaddy generated notes on this Alias if that's possible. The alias obviously won't show up in my hud.
When I click on NoteCaddy -> Tools -> Player Notes, I get a bunch of helpful notes that you can see from my image. But I can't make out all the Alias's ranges. For example, under check raise wet flops I can see two pair 32 times, top pair good kicker 19 times, etc. But I can't see when the Alias has done it with air and draws because the note is cut off. How can I see this full note?

PS. If I hover over the note, I can see a little more but the whole note is still cut off.

I have posted this question to the HM2 support thread and there I was advised possibly notecaddy is the answer to my problem, so please let me know if notecaddy provides a solution to this issue.

I have been using HM2 for quite a while now, but yesterday night I have delved into getting the absolute most out of stats and popups.

The first thing I want to be using the HUD for is to help me determine what range the specific person saw the flop with in that specific position. E.g. I open in the button, BB calls. in this situation I can look at villain's Vpip when he is in the BB. In the specific hand I was looking at, this was 24% out of roughly a 100 hands where he had the chance to do so in the BB. The problem is that this stat is made up looking at all the times he called in the BB against ANY position, and not just the times that he called against a button open. Rendering this stat pretty unreliable because if he is a bad player and does something like completely overestimating the strength of an mp open range, and only vpiping 5% against it, but then completely underestimating the strength of a button opening range, and lets say vpip ing 90% against it. (I know that is not a logical assumption and probably by no means common, but given that many players have very weird tendencies at the small stakes I play at, it wouldn't be completely unreasonable that something of this sort can take place.)

So my questions is, is there a way to design a popup/stat that would show the vpip vs specific position, e.g. BBVpip vs Button open. so that I could actually use this to determine what his range is?

I am aware that there is an option to show Vpip vs Hero BTN Open and so on. but the problem with that is that in that case it only looks at my hands with the person(as the stats name indicates), despite me witnessing him doing that action several times with other people and hence leaving useful information on the table.

I am quite a beginner with these sort of technical things, so apologies if I wasn't able to explain myself clearly.

Seems like the notecaddy stats that I have on 6max tables doesn't show on full ring tables. In HUD filters I have set up that for any 3+ players tables, min is 3, max is 10. I've checked caddy notes and on PF all positions were taken into consideration. Still, on full ring tables I can see stats that were played on full ring tables only. When I put original HEM stats, all is fine.

What might be the problem?

Posted this a while ago, and amazingly NC started working in early November for a while, but it stopped again within the last few weeks. It's just a problem with WPN hands. Stars works fine. Just figured I see if anyone knew what was up.

It's a great piece of software with some great packages (like NoteCaddy Edge), and it's a shame that it doesn't work with one of the few popular sites for US players.

notecaddy has different filters

in nc file -> settings -> partition, there should be 3 different ones (or none?), change it to
3-10 and
2-2

The Caddy report doesn't record live play anymore. It has worked flawlessly in 5 years so it is very strange. It says "The caddy report" is populated once your entire database has been processed" both under New notes and New hands.
Notes are popping up in the HUD as usual though and I have reset the notes and recreated them once again without any luck with capturing new hands with The Caddy report. The only thing I've changed the last days is that I created another HM database but the new database isn't the active one.

does the new note caddy beta work for sites other than pokerstars?

There are a couple of NoteCaddy Edge packages you can use in PT4. They're called NCE Ultimate and NCE MTT.

You can get them by going into NoteCaddy and clicking "Manage my ultimate packs".

Yes it should work for any site that is supported by the tracker you're using.

Notecaddy wont run any of my reports...
Notecaddy wont do anything in my HUD

When i am in my HUD and click on the notecaddy tab.. to sign up .. which i have already... it brings me to a web browser at pokertracker4 website asking me to sign in with my registration code.... BUT IM USING HM3

Should i just give up and wait for the real version.. or do i continue to spend 2-3 hrs a day figuring out HM3 and notecaddy? its not great for my win rate... i a simple phone call could make thins way better.. instead of having a question and posting then waiting a day... then having a followup question...wasting a day.. its ridiculous

I think you're referring to the 'NoteCaddy Trial' Popup. This popup is on the default HUDs. You can remove it if you go into HM3 -> HUD Editor -> Choose your Profile -> Popup Groups -> Delete the 'NoteCaddyTrial' Group. This screenshot can help https://i.imgur.com/ccJJmgU.png.

"NoteCaddy won't run my reports" - I don't know what this means. But maybe you are looking for an overview of your NoteCaddy stats on the HUD. If that is the case add this stat to your HUD 'NC.PlayerOverview'. When you click on this HUD stat you'll see a central place for your notes.

You can also add any NoteCaddy stats to your HUD and/or Popups if you wish.

In the Notecaddy "player overview" the Flag representing Notecaddy shows up on all the villains HUDs but not mine.. is there a way to see that player overview, in one of my own huds? preferably a HUD with all my cash hands for that game type?

You're welcome. If you go into NoteCaddy → File → Settings → Note Settings, you can check 'Add notes for hero'. Click Save.

Then click File → Reset Notes to let NoteCaddy reprocess your hands and make notes for the hero.

After that you should see all your notes in the Hero player overview.

hey guys i recently started to explore note caddy which looks amazing but i am having problems using it. i am also using pt4

1, the three pre made huds arent detailed enough and ive been trying to add stats that i use but they are coming up as white and theres no pop up with them. so how do i actually set it up so that its crazy detailed. thanks so much for your help

A lot of work goes into putting a HUD together that has detailed stats and popups. The one you mention in your video is called the Breakthrough package. In the video it shows where you can get that HUD package.

If you're looking to build one yourself, you can create popups as you wish in PT4, and attach them to stats via the HUD Editor.

I did the HM3 update to 3.1.12.6357 beta today.
The NC popup to show last 5 VPIP and showdowns doesn't color code the players action anymore. You can't tell who made which action and it's all just white font.
I tried going back to HM3 version 3.1.12.0 official release and that didn't fix the problem
