New Entraction table selection software: FishTable - Page 4 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I imported hands prior for free and had no problems.

Now that I am paying for the datamine service my last two times importing I am getting 90% errors and basically only getting 2k hands each day. This is for 100 NL 6max, is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Holdem Manager 1.11.07a, import to new database:

20110714_nl100_6max_23871.zip

and second file to same database:
20110715_nl100_6max_26277.zip

From July 20 there were problems with partial loss of messages to support through the form on the site, now all the messages are received.

August 11 from 3:00 am to 3:00 pm (UTC+4), we had problems with saving hands (data mining).
1 day in compensation was added to all users with active subscription.

Table scanner not affected with this problem.

Can you get fishtable to work with handabet please. I get the msg
your poker client is not running or are not patched. connection refused

Entraction support says that there is no list of prohibited or allowed programs, read the rules of network.

In 2011 there was no case of any problems with Entraction security team for our users
