We have a new version we are testing, but just doubly curious. You are absolutely 100% certain that you have a user set in PT3? It's in this screen.

Ok, new version up. You can just go to the site, and re-download and install. You're going to get another desktop icon FYI, but it will be removed next update. This should solve it not finding your config file, and other fixes as well.

Another update is out with the re-player issues resolved, and several other fixes. We're working on speeding up the PT analysis time in the next release.

the log.txt is empty, is there another logging file?

The archived log files are here:

%AppData%\AcePokerSolutions\LeakBusterPT3

You might need to post the latest and the one with the .1 in it. There should be several. The last one run is just: log.txt, but I would send the .1 and maybe .2 log files as well just in case.

As far as we can tell. There's a new version up with improved config file finding, but it will also ask you where it is if it can't find it.

I have the same error exactly. PT3 DB Not Found! Leak Buster will now exit. I have hero setup. Log.txt is empty in Leak Buster PT3 folder. %AppData%\AcePokerSolutions\LeakBusterPT3\logs.* logging files are sent to sales email.

I have exactly the same error - PT3 DB not found!

Log file is empty ("c:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Leak Buster PT3\log.txt").

The log file isn't located there. It's in your appdata folder: %AppData%\AcePokerSolutions\LeakBusterPT3

Ok, new version up that should fix the db not found issue. We tested it with a customer that had the issue. Several other small bug fixes as well. If there any issues, just let me know guys.

Now it is working. As I see it is only for Holdem right now. What about Omaha?

Good... as far as PLO it's in development, as well as limit. When I have a solid ETA I will post it.

Hi, i purchased Leakbuster for PT3 the other day. seems like a really cool program, but ran into a couple problems.

first issue is that i am missing alot of hands for some reason. i have only played 6 max at one stake so far. so kinda confused. but in just a few days it is off about 1k hands.

the other issue i had today was the "Updater" would not update itself, so i could not get the newest version.

any info on either of these would be appreciated. thanks.

When you import 6-max hands LB tells you that it's grabbing hands for 5-6 players. So if you set a filter in PT for 5-6 players, you'll see the same data.

The updater issue we're aware of. We'll have another release with a new updater in there and you can download it directly from the site. Then you can update inside the application when new releases are done.

The new release with the updater fix is out. You need to go to the LB site and download it directly. Once you have the update you'll be able to update in the future directly from LB.

I asked this in the other form but didn't get a reply yet. I purchased the buster for hold a manager and want to see if I if the license will work fir this version or if I nees another one.

Sorry, I missed this because I've been sick. No you can't. They are two separate license systems. If you have one or the other, you can purchase a license for the one you don't have at a discount (I believe 39.99).

Yeah, I had this issue too. But, brought the license for PT3 and it works great.
