Would this program be for a limit hold 'em player who uses PT3?

Leak Buster works for limit holdem, but it's exclusive to Holdem Manager.

Why don't you support PT3? Also, you may want to edit the very first post of this thread. It says LB is compatible with PT3.

Just wanted to give a shout out to leak buster. I just watched the "Exploiting your opponents leaks" video located in the members area of LB. Great video to say the least. Are there any plans for similar videos in the near future?

If I were to organize Leak Buster's filters into various folders would it affect Step 7 in Leak Buster? I am creating 3betting/cbetting/etc folders in the "Filters" sub-folder in HEM but won't include yours if it'll mess it up.

No, it won't effect it. It's running those internally in LB.

I was wondering the same thing, but it looks like as soon as you run LB again, it creates the original filters back in the main filter folder ... which kind of defeats the purpose of trying to reorganize all the files there in the first place. Am I correct in that this is how it works?

Yes, if it doesn't locate the filter, it re-creates it. But if you are putting them into different folders, then it shouldn't matter, or maybe I'm mis-understanding what you're doing.

No, that's what I was saying. I was just trying to clean up that filter folder a little. I'm assuming there's no way for the default folder HEM goes to is a folder other than that C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Filters? Or for that matter, ditto w/ LB? That's just always going to be where filters are automatically generated & searched for?

No, I don't know a way to change the default filter folder. Yeah, that's the way the software is set up to operate, both HM and LB.

New step 8 is up as beta. We decided to hold off on the new step 1 since it's taking longer to develop than anticipated, and we're releasing this as beta for step 8.

Overview of step 8: An in depth analysis of pre- and post flop play. Leak Buster will analyze specific patterns in your post flop play to highlight hands and areas where you perhaps aren't betting enough, not taking the most optimal line, or over valuing your hands.

Known issue: Some hands report errors when loading in the re-player.

Cool. But one suggestion (just from looking at the snapshot above): four colors please!

Two other things (now that I'm actually running it in HEM): The HUD stats are tiny! Really tiny. Looks like you could bump it up at least a 2 points before it would push the boundaries of the black background windows they are in.

Also, why have the "Analyze Last 10k, 50k, 100k" filter option (upper right)? I ran a complete report in step 1 w/ the filter for the last 20k hands, but it seem like it doesn't apply in just this step. Can you make it so that it automatically filters w/ the rest of the steps?

Thanks for the feedback. It's beta so we aren't adding it to the complete analysis just yet. Still doing some testing and making sure the data is reporting correctly. It's analyzing all the actions you're doing post flop, and based on several different variables, LB is providing specific feedback about your post flop play. We are adding videos to this section as well to talk about how you should be ideally playing middle pair on coordinated boards out of position, etc...

When we're done with beta, then it will be added to the complete analysis. 4 color decks for the re-player aren't a priority right now because we'll likely end up using HM's re-player when beta is complete.

I'm really digging the new step 8. Already seeing improvement in my post flop game. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

There will be a new Step 1 simple mode going into the beta early next week. We're still completing some testing. Essentially it will show a priority listing of the leaks you have from all of the steps and rank them in order of importance (most critical first) categorize them into 5 groupings - Critical, Very Important, Important, Somewhat Important, and Needs Attention.

It will also chart your progress with the adjustments you're making with these leaks, so every time you run a complete analysis it will show you if the leak is getting better or worse by a +/- scale.

We're still working out parts of the algorithm for sample size, but it's just about done and should add a lot of value to prioritizing what leaks to tackle first.

I was mainly a hu player but dabbled in 6max. When the action hu began to dry up I started playing more 6max. My game was ok but I had some leaks. Leakbuster helped me quickly identify some of these leaks. One of the big ones was the hands I was 3betting oop as bluffs. It helped me find a better 3b bluffing range from oop. I would highly recommend leakbuster.

Couple of quick notes on the latest beta since this about to be rolled into the next official update. When we first launched Leak Buster last year, it analyzed 72 potential leaks. The first version that was integrated with Holdem Manager analyzed about 110 potential leaks. Leak Buster now checks and analyzes your database for over 470 potential leaks!

The new Step 1 combines all of your leak data, and based on the winrate impact of the leak, your scoring for that leak, and the sample size you have for that leak, LB will prioritize which leaks you should focus on first. It will break up the leaks into 5 categories. Critical, Very Important, Important, Somewhat Important, and Needs Attention.

The new step 8 does some very advanced filtering and analysis on your post flop play to pinpoint actions you did on specific streets that show a pattern of sub-optimal lines. More analysis and videos are being added to this going forward.
