I now uninstalled the "old" and installed the new version.
For whatever reason this version now doesn't even let me open the software at all. There is the Leak Buster NL.exe process running in task manager, but no program window anywhere. I tried several times from both admin and user account, rebooted several times and reinstalled again, including deleting all leftover folders this time. Nothing.

Bizzare. There's nothing really in the log you posted. I'm having a developer look into it. We haven't had any reported issues on it, but I'll let you know shortly.

I also haven't running any other "fancy" software, so I'm really surprised by this obviously exotic issue.

Can you just send the whole log to me again. LB.log, send it to support and I'll get it to the developers. They think there's some initial data load issue, but need to see the whole thing since they haven't seen have a problem like that before.

Thank you. Yeah, I haven't seen anyone ever have this issue. We did update the LB Pokertracker version you have a month ago, and changed some of the loading sequences. So it could be related to that, but we'll know tomorrow for sure.

I downloaded LB, and I keep getting the message, "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" when it opens or if I press on Settings. I run Windows 10 and I tried the suggestion of reinstalling the .Net 4.5.2 but the donnetfx_cleanup tool doesn't seem to remove it because when I go to reinstall - it tell me that it's already installed and installation will not take place. Wasn't sure if there was anything else I could try - or perhaps I'm not doing it correctly.

No. They've actually spent several days on it. They'd like to to a quick remote session and we can get some info from your database so they can replicate it. We've done several different kinds of databases, 100k+ on poker tracker and it's taken around a minute to 2 tops.

Yeah, it's not reading a file on your system for some reason. I'd try re-installing LB first, because it seems like one of the files is corrupt or missing.

Look for these files her: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Leak Buster X NL\Config
LB.config, or LBGuide.HEM.

Make sure they exist. Let me know.

4) Ran the .NET Framework Setup Cleanup Tool

Sorry about the delay on this. PT3 is no longer supported. It hasn't been for awhile, and I just forgot. When we went to LB4 a while back ago now, PT3 support was removed. IT can't do some of the things we need it to do. Sorry for any confusion.

I believe one of the developers has been working with you. Yeah, we have an update coming out to address this.

It should be a lot quicker also. I'll post an update link here shortly as well if they haven't sent it to you already.

Currently looking at the trial version of Leak Buster - I assume when clicking on these hands that they are supposed to display in some format? I am getting an error 'Error Loading Hand'; is this because I am on the trial version aka working as intended, or is there some bug? This is for the PT4 version of LB. I've attached a screenshot below.

If you double click then it's just supposed to load the replayer. It's having some issues with the site for that for some reason. Which site is it from, and if you send me some hands from that site I'll send you back a coupon if you want to get it. I'm assuming the site format changed, so I have to have a developer take a look and update it for that site. This can happen w/ the leak buster PT version since we are manually processing and converting all of the data ourselves as opposed to the leak buster HM version where we have direct access to the converted data since it's integrated into HM.
