In PT4 ,try switching player then close the app. Open LB2 then run the analysis.

You need to make sure that you have an active cash game player set in PT4. That's it.

he is active.

when I use the same nickname for another site it works.

but I changed my nickname on a site, since then it's an alias on PT4. LB2 gives error

Ok, so you have an alias set in PT4, and you've close and re-opened LB2, and you're getting an error? If so, can you contact support and they will likely need to check your log.

LB2 works perfectly with all players. Except with my alias.
There is a real problem on LB2.

support response does not work
1.Open your PT4, switch the active player then switch it back to the player name you plan to analyze, then close PT4.
2. Open LB2, select PT4 as database, then run the analysis.
