Sorry 'bout that - little typo in the setup kit - fixed. Please try again. As a side note, I've also PMed you - just in case you have any other issues. Thanks!

If you add Entraction, I will buy this 100%. Look promising.

I'm having trouble with Cake poker.

I watched the getting started video and here are the problems I'm having:
-Software doesn't auto focus tables needing action
-"all in" button doesn't work, gets a result of "call"
-have to press hotkeys multiple times to get them to work
-bet pot hotkeys don't seem to work at all
-no idea what the "accuracy" numbers mean..tried tinkering with them...

This program looks very promising and I would love to purchase it once these bugs are ironed out. I will post a youtube video of myself testing it on Cake to illustrate what my problems are.

Thanks a lot, it really looks like a great program.

Hi, I assume you setup Cake correctly. It might have to do with the window size or, quoting from "Known issues": Resizing a Cake table will most likely make all actions not to work on that table. This is a known bug and we're working on fixing it. The workaround for now is to close Key Poker and then start it again.

Anyway, I've PMed you - please contact me on skype and we'll get to the bottom of this

Best,
John

Does your software prepopulate the betsize box ala Table Ninja?

Not at this time, but you can create hotkeys to "Bet [percent]% + click the Bet button at this time.

The thing with pre-populating the bet box is a bit problematic for me, since i need to guess the street P/F/T/R (by scraping the cards). This is a pretty big feature to implement, but if there's a clear need for it I'll do it in the near future.

Best,
John

Hi,

I believe I have found what the problem is, and I think I can fix it.
Until then, as a workaround, please select the Cake theme to "Classic" (Options/Themes). This should make Key Poker work correctly.

Best,
John

Do you know if this kind of program is definitely not in conflict w/ the Merge network's terms & conditions? It's obviously too new a program to make it onto any specific list of theirs, but I just want to make sure something like this is cool w/ them before I start using it. Can't imagine it wouldn't be, but some sites are picky. Thanks.

Also, are there any plans to have the program deal w/ waiting list popups? That was a really nice feature in Ninja that I know I'd miss.

I'm just writing them an email now. Still, it will probably take a few days before they answer. I've already written an email to cake on Sat.

Just to make sure I understand correctly: which popups are we talking about?

Can't imagine it would be a problem, but I figured I'd ask. Keep us posted.

On Merge: When you're on a waiting list for a cash table but that table isn't open, a window will pop asking if you want to take a seat. If you multitable and find yourself on a bunch of wait lists, this can be an annoying think to deal with.

Also, can it handle popups for tourneys? It's similar to cash table wait lists -- a window appears letting you know you're taking a taking a seat and pulls the tourney lobby up. Ninja could deal with this as well by closing out these windows. Thanks.

Basically it's on my TODO list. I want to build a user base of people interested in this.

My plan is to add iPoker, Ongame and 888 within 1.5-2 weeks and add a bit more features, and later, I can focus bugs and all the idiocrasies of the other poker software - namely, popups.

All I can say is this - the more people are interested/using/buying, the more features Key Poker will have.

Best,
John

Cool. Well I'd imagine (as you probably already know) that since TableNinja hasn't developed something for sites other than Stars & FT, the market is yours night now. Best of luck. I'm definitely interested to see where this goes, and I'll keep chiming in too.

Hey, I downloaded the trial and it seems to work fine with Carbon Poker (Merge Network), I did have a question:

The hot keys do not work correctly when using the "mini" table theme, can you add the "mini" theme as an option? Thanks.

just for curiosity, when betting, are you aware of the current bets made?

f.i. are you preflop aware of
1- limp limp limp YOU
2- limp miniraise call YOU
3- limp raise call YOU ?
=> so can i define ONE hotkey for PF raise (4bb+ 1bb*limper or 3*raise or x%potsize) and the tool decides which kind of raise to take in the given situation?

or do i have to assign THREE hotkeys, one for every situation and have to choose myself which situation is present?

I tested it in both cases and it worked. Anyway, I've PMed you - I have to see how your configuration looks like.

John

Hi,

I'm not aware at this time. However, this is a feature requested by a few people, so it should be available within 1.5-2 weeks.

As a side note, mind you, it's pretty hard to implement

John

Yes, i do know (made this for two networks. ), that's why i did ask this specific. Especially if you want to do this table size independant and skin independant....

Awesome! Looks very promising and I'm trying to use it now.

A couple things though. 1) anyway to have increase/decrease bet sizing like table ninja has? 2) on merge, it was recommended to unclick the 'bring active game to front', but if I am using my webbrowser (or other program) the tables wont pop up, and i can miss action without meaning to... any fix for this?

This has great potential, and if things get ironed out i will purchase
