You should set your nicknames:
[your nickname], [your nickname 2] as [your alias]

I created the base in PT4 and got a new error, the trial time is running out and I could not start it.

Doesn't it establish the connection to the main database?
Try to break all database connection in pgadmin 3 or 4.

If it won't work... You can try to do all steps like before and after that send the empty bug report.


Error hands are some unknown formats for InstaGTO. You can send those hands to support but only once, please. All sent error hands would be analyzed and fixed in next release.

If PIOsolver does not have a correct range it can not provide correct GTO results.

You should correct the program by showing the ranges and maybe give the possibility to modify them.

I really don't know where do you get that range, but it isn't consistent with my ranges.
If it is this low 3bet range for 10bb then are they quite similar.

GTO doesn't want to MR for 10bb effective let alone non all-in 3bet.
