I've played some FR cash sessions with the newest build over the last few days and it sometimes has missed hands when either I'm all in or villain is all in. Maybe it's missing others too but I'm only noticing the all in hands because they're more memorable. I don't have a log for you right now, but I'll enable logging next session and let you know if it happens again.

Glad to see you found the problem with player resets in tournaments. Also have a problem where HEM2 isn't recognizing a new table correctly if it has the same guarantee as another tournament I'm already playing. For example, I'm playing the $10 10k guaranteed and the $20 10k guaranteed starts, the hud for both tables gets placed on the $10 tournament and the hud displayed switches between whichever table's hand finished most recently.

Yes, please do. I think we've played 20k or so hands now collectively w/ this last build and we're literally getting zero dropped hands. Reports and results are matching exactly. I played a session last night and probably had 6-7 all-ins that were all caught. So yes, please make sure you have .6 version, enable logging and then you can also just press create logs and it will zip them all up for in the BCC directory. Thanks.

This should have been fixed in the .6 build. All reports are it's fixed with that one. I suspect this is a little older.

I just sent you a log file from today. The catcher was working great until just recently when somebody sat at my table and didn't' reset stats on the opponent hud. I did notice that for all of today, if somebody new would sit that the table finder would also reset to only show the number of hands for the new session at the tables. However, when the new player sat at the end of my session, the active session tab displayed an accurate number of hands for the new player while both the hud and the table finder showed an incorrect number of hands. I've sent a screenshot and logs via email.

So we still have outstanding HU's player reset issues, and if connection instabilities are causing BCC / client crashes. We'll be working on that for next build.

havent played much since bovada's awful update. BCC has not worked my last 2 sessions. using old version (2.05.3). When i open client it checks for updates, but does not do anything. How do i manually update to the newest version? Or do i need to uninstall/reinstall the program?

using newest beta, you posted few pages back. BCC just randomly stops grabbing/importing hands. the hud doesnt update at all. Newest version of pt4/catcher.. no errors just completely skipping hands.

Will echo this, was playing for about 30 minutes right now, was still missing random hands while playing but then about 90 hands into session, BCC stopped grabbing hands completely, ~10 minutes or so where I played where zero hands were grabbed/imported before I shut down and quit. Using HEM2 and the most recent update of BCC posted in this thread.

Interesting. It has to be connection issues. I mean no one here that's testing it, including myself is seeing this. We all have really good internet connections and don't have resource issues, minus one testing system. I get lots of people on forums (not just here), and in support that say it's working great. I guess we'll have to see of ways to deal with Bovada's lag and ways to continue during connection loss that we haven't thought of yet. I know the developers are going to look at this today. If you're getting this then please click create log in settings on the catcher and send this to your support. The more info we have the quicker we can resolve it. Thanks.

I have a really good connection/computer aswell. I am a programmer aswell. Where are the logs saved after i hit create and where do I send to?

Ya, there's issues with this version, I'm pulling it. .6 is much better.

It will tell you where but it's in your main BCC directory. Yeah, something strange happened w/ this build though that somehow got over looked. I have to
ask the guys tomorrow what happened. If you go back to the previous build it will work. But send them any ways to support:

I'm still using 2.06.6 version and it's working really nice man! Glad to invest in this product even though it was going through a major update during that time!

Only issue is the first hand doesn't pick up but that's not really a big deal.

Not sure if it's worth updating with all the problems people are having recently.

Thanks for the feedback. What do you mean first hand isn't picking up though? I'm not seeing that. You won't get the first hand if you come in the middle, but you'll get the first full hand.

Ya, I pulled that version. Developer changed something last minute and we didn't test it enough before I posted it. I'll have a new one up with a lot more fixes here shortly.

- Fixed issue then players stats are reset only after next hand (new player sits up and during one hand HUD shows stats of previous player).
- Added link to folder with log in log creation dialog.

So this one will work much much better. We also believe we fixed the issue for those who were having connection issues and getting a crash. We're still testing that, but I'll have that in the next build. This one overall looks solid though.

I haven't used BCC since Bovada busted it. So I came here and downloaded the 2.06.8 beta version posted today. I spun up 2 Bovada tournaments back to back - the 1st one stopped catching after 2 hands, the 2nd tournament stopped catching after 1. I sent logs and screenshots of the hud to support. If it makes any difference, HEM2 showed the correct amount of hands on the table finder.

I know a few posts back it was questioned as to whether the people having this problem were having connection issues. I'm an IT guy that works from home full time and any time I have degraded network performance, I can typically tell due to other symptoms that show up relatively quick. I believe as best I can that connectivity on my end was good when I played these tournaments.

I forgot to offer this in the email to support, but I would happily host a TeamViewer session to repro if it was needed.

I appreciate the feedback and you sending the logs. I'll have the developers take a look at it. It must be something system specific. I'm playing a couple of MTT's and cash now as I type this and all is fine. All reports I have back is it's working fine. There must still be something going on though and I'll let you know what we find. Thanks for offering TV session!

for me everything has been working pretty well the only problem ive had is sometimes it randomly doesnt record hands but other than that its been working perfectly

Just fyi, I had one of the developers look at the logs already, everything looked ok. The hands imported fine w/o errors. Your comment about the HUD staying in the same place is strange. We've never seen that either. So might need to do a TV session at some point to see what's going. I also had another tester run some MTT's on HM2 and he's not seeing any issues.
