Can you send support your bcc.log file though please. Better to be safe than sorry, or if there's something else that might be a clue on something going on. But we've run lots of stress tests on it to ensure there aren't resource issues.

hud is only working on 1 sng, even though it is listing the other tourneys on the catcher(only 1 sng shows up in hem2)

would using "preferred seating" on bodog affect the hud appearance over the correct player?

I tried this on my single table SNG's when playing on Bovada and as soon as I loaded a second table, it didn't work ( with or without preferred seating ).

So we did a lot of testing on some people saying sometimes a players stats aren't reset when new player enters. Cannot get this to re-produce. We spent a lot of time on this, so if you see this, please use this new version, enable logging, and we have an option that will zip everything so you can easily send it.

Also tested LHE HU's a lot, and could not re-produce this issue where player is not reset.

I want to finish off these remaining issues, so if you do see something, please let me know. Both developers working on this spent a lot of time the last couple of days trying to catch those issues w/o success along with a couple of testers.

No, but you just need to make sure you set it in settings on the catcher, and then also on bodog. If you use HM, you need to set it also in their HUD. PT you don't need to do anything.

Hey FreakDaddy, awesome work by you and all your crew. If one were to be playing some PLO mtts along with the NL games, will the PLO tables throw off BCC? Or will BCC simply ignore these tables? Thanks

Thanks, but that's crazy. Can you turn on logging in settings on the catcher, and when this happens there's a create log button in settings on the catcher. It will zip a log file into the bcc directory, and send that to support.

We spent the last 2 days testing this w/ same name multiple MTT's and it ran fine across multiple systems, so I'd like to see what you're seeing.

No, it will capture those and run a HUD for them as well. PLO and NL, limit all work for the tournament version.

does anyone know why my hud would be misplaced for players on different sides of my screen?

basically when multi tabling I am unable to get the hud to align with the correct players on every screen, using hm2

when I place the hud on 1 table, and adjust the hud where I want it according to the player positions...........then I put the hud on a different table and its all messed up, and then when I try to adjust that one it moves the other one, I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about.

This may be the wrong forum but I'm sure one of you know what to do!

Big shout out to Freak and his team! This update is flawless on my end. Pre Bovada update, I had issues with villain stats resetting when they shouldn't and not resetting when they should; but now it's perfect!

I've had that happen on other sites. It's not a permanent solution but the workaround I made was to make copies of my HUDs and use those different HUDs for tables I'm having trouble with. It's only when you use the same HUDs for tables that they become linked.

Another possible solution is to open the HM2 utility menu that is on each table and select "independent mode". That sometimes also severs the link between the tables.

I'm having an issue where a player stands up and leaves, then a new player sits down, but the stats aren't resetting. I am using the most recent version of card catcher with HM2. Is there a workaround in HM2 that I can do to force the HUD to reset?
