Might HM block HUD because of any PokerStars rules? I don't even see the lettering "Waiting for hands" when I start HM (I mean on the opened table)

I have no been able to get your card catcher working since the bovada update. I've installed the beta, 2.062, which doesn't work.

Thanks for working so hard on a fix for this update! Somewhat similar, I'm noticing that new player stats are getting combined with previous player stats on the hud for my opponents. The tables are still being shown in the hem2 table finder with the appropriate amount of hands for the new opponent, it's just the hud that isn't updating.

Does the newest version still need to be started before the tables are loaded?

You need to switch to ipoker. If you're in pokerstars mode, you're going to get errors. In the 6.3 version, I think I got 1 error in about 960 something hand sample.

The new 6.4 version I'll have up today, I haven't seen any errors, and we've run a couple of thousand hands through it, plus the 15k test sampler reproducer we use w/o any errors.

Trying to think of some way that I don't have to keep saying the same thing over and over in here. I'll try and make a page today w/ some of the basic highlights. There's a big message in app that tells you all of this, but I understand people just click through all of that.

You need to add HERO for ipoker as an alias, or switch to this player. You're not going to see your stats or active tables unless your database knows who you are.

Yes, it's not with the language on your end, it's within the version itself. We're working on it. We have a VPN setup and we're looking into the problem.

Sorry if this is a noob question... If I switch to ipoker is there a way to transfer all my stats and graphs over also? Before the update I was using pokerstars.

No. Did you setup your auto import folder under ipoker?

Yes. When we get these other things worked out we'll address this. It's just low on the list right now.

The table was registering in the BCC software, just the HUD wasn't popping up. Table # was different as well.

Yes, I did it, but I can't find Hero in the list while playing at a table...

The folder Handhistories is always empty (C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher\Handhistories)

ahh i read the ipoker stuff and pokerstars stuff but got confused. When i read pokerstars i thought i dont play there so doesnt matter for me. I guess i wasnt thinking.

you have to go into settings of the cardcatcher program and uncheck the box for pokerstars mode, then it should start saving and importing HH, and it will automatically create a "Hero" screen name for Ipoker after you play your first hand.

Thanks to those who are helping answer questions for others. And I appreciate all the positive feedback. You guys are super cool and the support does mean a lot. I'm going to post a new update. We ran a lot of hands in ipoker mode and it didn't miss or error on any. I think we did about 2.3k collectively, plus the 15k we always run it through before release.

I still don't know about some of the other issues you guys are reporting yet. We're debugging / fixing them one at a time. So we'll get to them. Thanks for posting.

Tournament version, the guy who was working on it is back in the office. He's been working on it all day, so I'm hoping soon. Just had a bit of a set back there since he just hasn't been at it the last couple of days.

Working on fixes for Bodog China since the data is slightly different coming out of there. There never was a difference from bodog europe and china before this update, so we're still looking into why that is.

Just make sure of a couple of things:
1) You start the card catcher before you load a table up.
2) You have checked to make sure the card catcher hand history directory is in your auto import folder for ipoker (it should update this automatically, but good to check). You can click on the video tutorial the top right of the card catcher if you're unsure how to do this.
3) You create an alias in your database and add HERO for ipoker.
4) Make sure Enable PS mode in the settings on the card catcher are unchecked.
