Should we not be updating PT4 till a workaround is resolved with their modifying the HUD due to Stars new rules? Will the converter now convert hands to a new site format? I have an old PT4 (4.13.3) and have been afraid to update once everything started working perfectly.

It matters how important having more than 3 colors in your HUD is, and the street by street stuff. That's the only thing effected now if you're using PT4. We will be putting it into another format.

We're removing this in upcoming versions. It was there before there was an on table time bank. There's no real purpose for it now unless you want to click on it instead of the timebank buttons for that table. The HUD's from HM and PT blocked those buttons from functioning, so it was an interm solution until we basically re-wrote another interface under the HM and PT HUD's.

More than 3 colors is important to me yes, not necessarily the street by street stuff. Are they limiting it to 3 colors per stat, or 3 colors total?

When you say you'll be moving into another format, you mean you're going to piggyback onto another site's format? Sounds like some work.. which one?

Yes, then don't update for now. It won't be too long and we'll have a new format. But yes, it's a lot of work. Who would have thunk 2+ years ago that PS of all people would have changed these things up this much?

Update to 5.3. The only issue we know of right now is an ante bug that happens after you come back from break. It will be out in the next update here any day.

The other thing we're finding out is some of the recent versions of table tamer are causing a problem. Because they are injecting at the same place we are to get commands. This wasn't happening in previous versions. I think we're going to talk to them. But if neither of those are going on for you, please send your bc.log file to our support. We can have a look at it.

Any official release updates will come up as an auto update in the app for you. All betas are posted in our forums and usually on here an other poker forums as well.

My guys are working hard on resolving any potential issues. Something new pops up like this and they put a lot of time into trying to figure the issue out. I know they have spent a lot of time on this the past several days, and they always figure it out. It's not a straight forward issue, and we can't re-produce it. I tried myself many times. But if it's not working for you, I don't want you to have software you're not happy with of course.

Don't update PT. As long as you don't then nothing will change for you. Good question on version. I honestly don't know off hand. Hopefully someone else does, or I'll try and look into it tomorrow when it's not so late.

I found out, it's the latest version 4.14.6. Anything behind that is the old HUD I guess. But I'm a bunch of versions behind even that so I won't touch anything till something breaks. But I guess once you port the conversion to a new site I'm free to update..? Will the same be done on the hand converter side?

And speaking of something breaking, 2.05.2 is still missing some hands each session, mostly pots that I won. The result is always below reality. I get the "invalid pot size/winnings" error. I also turned off logging because I was afraid it was causing the Bovada client to crash when I was playing tournaments. Is my log useless without that turned on? Or I can just send the HH that I caught in question.

Is it ok to customize the card deck and table in the images file of Bovada and still have the catcher work well.
The catcher is working really well for me. I don't want to mess anything up.

Correct, you'll be able to update. I'm not sure it's being done on the hand converter side right now.

It's an ante issue when coming back from break. We're releasing an update to address this. We're also putting better advanced logging, so if you got anything error wise you can turn it on and it will work fine.

Yes, you can customize or run any mod on there. It won't effect the bovada card card catcher.

I am noticing invalid pots at times and they seem to happen when there is an all in/multi-way pots.

I've been writing down my results mainly b/c not all hands are being caught and I wanted to have accurate records and my PT4 stats are way off. I checked my results written in my notebook with the PT4 stats in the last 2 weeks and the difference is 600-700 BB's for 6-max cash. I will be comparing my results from late June to now later but this is shocking. I knew there were a couple pots being missed but the difference was insane.
