Also more precisely, what I meant by HUD resetting to zero is actually resetting to "1". All HUDs will show 1 hand played when a new player sits down at the table.

Yeah, I saw your ticket in support. I haven't had anyone else report this kind of issue. But like Brian said, they are going to try and look into it for you.

The phantom 4th table problem seems to have resurfaced in 2.04.3. It's importing hands fine into the HUD but the GUI is not picking it up. Happens about a quarter the time.

Also, is the table max HUD 4 tables (MTT/cash)? I can't seem to get more than 4 tables to work smoothly with PT4.

Is there a certain configuration on Card Catcher/PT4 to have the HUD on MTT's (during table switches) to manually preset spots. Not having the issue at cash tables when a players leaves/joins.

Edit: V.2.04.0 - has been running great thus far
+1 please

Don't make the bank default please.

It's when the table name is more than 2 words. It's already been addressed and fixed in this next build.

Actually, the time I saw it today the table in question was only one word.

So it's catching, but not showing on the GUI? And it wasn't doing this on .40? Can you send your bcc.log file to support to look at please?

Hello,

I'm using the trial version. When playing and use Bovada Card Catcher, I'm not able to click the "Last Hand" link in the Bovada client, so that I can see mucked cards. Is there a way to do this?

You have to click on last hand on the card catcher for the table, or just click the arrow button to launch the replayer on the bovada table. Either will work.

Just Fyi for everyone, we're working on a better solution for this. The HUD blocks those areas for some reason. I have a new developer on our team working on this now.

This has come a long way in recent months.

One thing I do notice that happens always is that the LAST hand played on a heads up table, that results in busting an opponent gets missed ONLY if he leaves the table. It seems like, the program doesn't pick the hand up unless another hand is dealt?

Thanks. So on a HU's table, the bust hand will show if another hand is played OR the table gets closed. But, I have a new developer on this now that has a different solution in place. He's been testing it this week, so I think it should be ready this coming week. He put that in, and then we're working on some of our own overlay buttons on the actual tables for last hand review and timebank.

I'm using 2.04.3. It's really really tilting that timebanks are just completely broken unless using the GUI. It makes multi-tabling (especially Sundays) extremely difficult b/c I'm simply unable to use my timebank in any hand. Unchecking the "enable auto timebank" option doesn't work at all either. Can you please do something about this asap?

I was going to register BCC today, but I'm getting a "Loading components..." dialog that doesn't go away.

You must have missed the post right above yours. We're working on a new solution. The timebank isn't broken though. The HUD, which is not designed to go onto Bovada, blocks those buttons. So the solution we have in place now is that you can use auto timebank (if it's not working, then you need to go to 100% DPI setting), or to manually click on the card catcher interface.

We have something new going into place, but it's slightly complicated by the fact that Bovada has an update coming out today. So we need to wait on that before releasing anything.

So do you have a license number you're trying to register now? Did you contact support. I'm not 100% clear on what the issue is, but if it's purely registration related, support can reset your activation for you.

It's not a registration issue.

I am wondering why the program won't work, and why I am just getting a "Loading components..." dialog. My trial period is probably over by now, but the program is not saying that.

Gotcha. Ya, it should come up and tell you your trial is expired. I was told there was an issue going on with this recently though. So it's likely related to that. If you register, then it won't hang there. The developers have this noted to look into that issue.

I just played a few sessions in the last few weeks where I'd play a cash game w/ 1 bullet, doubled up or more and ended up losing the 1 bullet but PT4 says I'm down 200BBs or 300BBs. I'm not sure how that's possible as I only bought in once.

The only reason I bring this up is b/c as a PT4 user for almost 5 years, this has never happened to me before.

Even pre-Black Friday, this has never happened so maybe it's a compatibility issue?
I now have to write down my session results as I can't trust PT4's results.

I want to contact PT4 but I'm sure once they find out I'm on Bovada, they won't help as PT4 was not designed for Bovada and therefore the support isn't going to help.

I played 2,500 hands of 6 max on the Dog today and somewhere a long the lines the catcher missed me losing a buy in. I'm using the latest version and to be honest, I don't think I've ever played a session where I haven't had hands missed or some sort of issue. (mainly played HU before so obv the last hand thing happened a lot)

PT won't help you. What games are you playing specifically?

HU and PLO have the most issues right now. HU's is much better now, but I expect this next build any HU's issues should be gone. There is still an error rate of around .004% with the catcher. If you're using the latest version, it works well, and we're working on getting that to 0%.

The next build will have a HU's last hand change, so there shouldn't be any more HU's problems. And also a clickable time bank and last hand on the table.

I've now played 4K hands of 6 max NL and I'm missing 3 buy ins. Where can it be missing them from and what can I do to fix it?
