Glad you figured it out, but if the HUD is updating, then hands are going it at that time. So you should be able to see your stats while you're playing. Keep in mind with PT, you need to refresh also.

Here is what I need if anyone an help me.
1. I do not want to run a HUD while playing.
2. I want to down load hands to watch in a replayer after sessions and I want one that will track my results in bb/100, actual dollars and a graph.
3. I don't need hand grabber cuz I don't care if the hands are in real time.
4. I play bovada.
5. Which HUD would be best for replaying hands?
6. Also not very technical so if I hav to download this sql thingy I don't want that program.
7. I tried indicator for a while but their replayer is not good and it does it track your own personal results with a graph or anything.
8. If it matters I only care about plo.
Thank you

You are not posting this in the appropriate thread. This is the support thread for the bovada card catcher.

But you did contact support several times with this same question. I think the response was the same. You need the bovada hand converter, but this will not allow you to run a HUD. I think you're a bit confused on what a HUD is. If you use the bovada hand converter, you can import your hands into a poker database and then replay them.

But please take this to the appropriate thread. Ty.

I decided to go ahead and purchase the "Gold Combo." I am currently having 2 issues that I'd love some assistance with please... (I am using the BCC v.2.03.6 software in conjunction w/ PT4)

1. Time bank issues. My Bovada time bank is never clickable. Clicking on the "time bank" button does nothing. I checked "Enable auto" in Bovada Card Catcher and it seems to auto check the time bank for me SOMETIMES... not always. Any advice?

2. When playing MTTs sometimes the HUDs all are in the wrong placements or seem to not be up-to-date (I think this happens mostly after table change, I'm not sure). My solution has been to close PT4 and BCC and then reopen them. BCC will say "Waiting for tournament number..." for a while and then eventually my HUD will return properly.

Any advice would be appreciated. Especially on #1. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the version and tracker information. First off, update to the latest. There's a lot of fixes and updates since the version you're running:

http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...up_v2.04.0.exe

1) You're clicking timebank on the catcher though correct? The auto time bank can miss on some systems where the windows scaling is not default. If it's set to anything outside of 100%, then this can cause an issue on some systems. It's something the developers are addressing now. On laptops it's really easy to get outside of the default settings here by just pinching or expanding your mouse pad. People do it w/o realizing. As a temp solution you can try setting this to 100%, and it should work for you. How to change this depends on what OS you're running, but it's all somewhat similar under your display settings.

2) This sounds like two slightly different issues. But I'd note, after a table change, most of the time you're going to be in the middle of a hand. So it's not until after the next hand is played that the HUD will update and change. This should work 100% though, so try the latest version. As far as HUD placement, if you're using preferred setting, I'd again update to the latest since that option works better if you use the internal preferred seating option.

Try those though with the latest version and let me know if that helps.

will the hand catcher work with HM cloud?

Do I need to shut down BCC and HM2 down when I start a new table? It seems that BCC can never locate a second table. I have the "waiting for tournament number" message and it seems that nothing ever happens afterwards. Do I need to click START/STOP HUD when I do play on a new table? Won't that wipe out my current stats?

Good question. In theory it should. It's no different than the hands that would import into HM2. So it should, but we've not done any testing with it.

No. In between sessions you should shut down the catcher. Other than that it will work. It takes a minute on MTT's to grab the tourney ID. Starting and stopping the HUD won't effect stats. But update to the latest version 4.0 in here if you don't have it.

v2.04.1 Beta up for download:
http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...up_v2.04.1.exe

Changes:
- S&G Results
- Hand import fixes

I had jumped ahead of myself a bit in the last build. I thought the S&G result fix was in there, but it's in this one.

thank you for the quick reply... i have yet to have a chance to thoroughly test w/ the new software update (but i did make sure my scaling was at 100% and update to BCC 2.04.0). i will get back to you after more volume....

a separate question:
3) with the new "preferred seating" setting section in BCC... how does the numbering system work? is bottom middle in 9-handed seat #5? bottom middle 6-handed? bottom heads up?

for others w/ the same question:
i actually just guess & checked it and figured it out. if your preferred seat is bottom middle... for 6-max that is seat #3 in BCC, for 9-max that is seat #5

You're welcome. It should work for you now.

With preferred seating, if you mouse over the ? in the catcher settings, you'll see the table with the seat numbers. It looks exactly like the table in the bovada settings. So if you place it up top, which I think is 1 or 2, then you just choose the exact same seat in Bovada settings and you should be good to go.

If you purchased after 1/1/15, then yes. Otherwise, you can contact support for an upgrade discount.

Meh. Kind of annoying. Also annoying that the product is fairly buggy and theres no notice of that on it's page. Not a happy customer.

So do I have to purchase Holdem Manager 2 where I can see everyone's cards, or Poker tracker and then purchase the bovada poker converter in order for it to work?

What about Holdem Indicator, does that work?

Just looking into software, if you can give me a break down of how it works that'll be great confused about the part about a HUD, do I also have to purchase that?

researching as we speak, new to this

There's a fully functional trial you can use before purchasing. What bug do you have? There's no known bugs that I've heard of or seen on this thread or support. You could have requested a refund if you're that unhappy.

Sorry, but this is a support thread for the bovada card catcher. It would be great if you could move your question to the appropriate thread. Thank you.

Time bank never works even on my PC with regular scaling. Same with last hand, I can now almost never view their mucked cards. The Hud will frequently pop up on 3/4 tables and not the last one even after restarting everything. Has missed hands and caused my computer to randomly flash. I'm not going to request a refund, but I'm probably not going to buy more products either.

All of those issues are fixable. What version are you currently running? It sounds like a pretty old beta. Why don't you update to the latest version and try running it.
