Changes:
- Added preferred seating option.
- More hand fixes.

I'll write up a short doc on how to setup preferred seating, but for now you can go into settings in this version and select your seat for HU, 6-max and full ring and then save your preferred seat. Then in Bovada go to settings and select the same seat number.

In HM2 you'll have to select the preferred seating option and select the same seat number and save. After a hand is played HM2 will detect your position and adjust the HUD.

Yes, when I'm playing multiple MTT's, I bust out of a tournament and it causes issues with active tournaments. I'm not having issues with moving to another table.

Ok, can you e-mail our support and include as much info as you can. Database and version, catcher version and log files from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher

I'm playing several MTT's right now. Busted a couple, no issues, about to final table another. Moving has been no issues. I think the other person who mentioned a similar issue was on an older version. I don't have anyone else reporting that, and I can't replicate it.

Testing out the trial today four tabling MTT's (will purchase for that and cash if functional)...

Seeing an issue where the catcher is importing hands, sees one specific table, but HEM2 refuses to display it in the table finder.

Any ideas?

this happens a few times a session and sometimes you have to stop / start the hud on hem2. Also i find that it's always a good idea to close and reopen your tracker before starting a new session

If you mean for HM2 to auto load the HUD, then no. We've tried a lot of solutions. PT4, the HUD will auto load. HM2 you need to match the table finder with the table.

It works in both. HM2 you have to configure it in the HUD also. PT4 you don't need to do anything. Just set the same seat number in the card catcher, and then in Bovada. I'll write up some instructions and add it to the online documentation.

I have another build going up soon with more fixes. Still running samples, but up to over 400 hands with no errors. HU's, 6-max and full ring.

We did make a change in the 3.8 build to push through the last hand if it's the last an no other hands played. Have you tried that one yet? I have a new build going up now and I played about 300 HU's with no errors, and 900 hands overall with 1 error. The error was a glitch in the stream itself. I don't think the hand was valid.

This one looks real solid. For the HU's last hand bust issue, that's only happening if you don't play another hand after the player busts. That will be addressed in the next build. We had to come up with a work around solution that seems like it will work now.

I think I just saw your support ticket too. You can just e-mail our support with the hand history itself. An error should show in PT or HM in the import screen, you can click on that and grab the hand that it tried to import. I assume this is PLO.

Hello, I am currently trying the trial version of card catcher and converter. Great stuff and I will likely purchase one or both.

I notice that card catcher misses a lot of hands. If I were to go back after 24 hours and download the hands from Bovada, will HEM2 replace the duplicate hands from Card Catcher, or would they show up twice in the database?

But yes, you'll have duplicate hands if you use the converter on top of the card catcher. You can import them as a different hero though and time offset and you'll be ok for review and not have it duplicate. If you're missing hands with the catcher though, let support know.

I am not having any problems with 6 max PLO cash games. But for Heads Up SNGs (NLHE) it misses a ton of hands and won't even catch the opponents mucked cards at showdown. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

I'm out of town so I haven't spent time testing this, but the developers said this was good. They built it yesterday and did some testing today. I'm told several import issues were resolved, and the HU's all-in on last hand is pushing a new hand once the table is closed (from the HU's table) or a new hand is played.
