I'm using PT4 btw and the previous version of BCC, 2.03.5. Will try the new version and let you know if problems persist. Is it better to use the "Auto" or manual timebank? I've had issues with the reliability of both and trying to find a better solution then shutting it down to use my bank.

Been playing a lot of PLO8 mtts and it still, as of 2.03.5 doesn't recognize in HH as a split pot game. Would be nice to see accurate equity calcs in HH.

It seems to be happening if it's the last hand played on the table. The player left immediately after i won an all in hand and it wasn't imported. A little while later another person sat and as soon as hands were played the missed all in hand was imported.

I just realized that when I play multiple tables now and I bust in 1 MTT, the others usually will not work afterwards. Today though, I was playing 2 to start, ran fine for 30 minutes. When two more added 1.5 hrs. later, it was OK. Then, when I bust one, one freezes. Bust another, two more don't update stats.

I tried at first when 1/4 table's stats didn't update, to close the table and rejoin it to no avail since the other 3 HUDs were running at the time. I know that something is causing errors anytime I bust a MTT (which causes the HUD to not work, usually all of them at once). It's usually catching hands at least a 95% clip on multiple tables but once I bust one, it all falls apart almost RIGHT after.

Hope you can get this fixed soon, it's a real pain to keep having the HUD freeze forcing me to restart the program every time I bust out. You would think PT4 would be able to keep the stats of the players that you've played with up until you close down PT4. If I restart BCC and keep PT4 running, the opponent's stats get reset to 0 but my stats are still running (the total hands played updates after every hand when my opponent's HUD does not change at all).

What version are you running please?

Still no answer here, so I will post again... I tried using the trial with HM2, and could not get the HUD to work. I got some responses from support but was unable to get it working... After that, I downloaded the PT4 trial to use with Bovada Card Catcher only to see that my 3 day trial is all used up ... Needless to say, I do not want to pay for a product I do not know works. Can I have another trial, or some kind of guarantee that it works?

We can't extend the trial. We have a return policy, and we're obviously not going to keep your money if you can't get it working. We have support threads on most major forums and top notch support.

Well the problem for me is that I couldn't get it to work in the 3 days, and the support's answers were pretty vague and I had to go through it myself. When I asked for him to help via teamviewer, he responded that it isn't an option... so how does the return policy work? I get the money credited back to my paypal a month later if the program doesn't work?

How does the return policy work if I am not happy with the amount of bugs in the software?? The support mentioned there are bugs.

Since I don't have a 3-day trial to test it, how do I know I will be satisfied with it for $40? Most other poker softwares offer at least a week, most of them even have a month trial, or 45 days. 3 days... I didn't even play poker in the 3 days since I played 4 sit n goes, the software didn't work while I was tweaking it during the hour and a half I played the 4 sit n goes, got fed up and signed off.

Installed the latest beta and now all the stats pop up in random spots. When I manually fix one table and save layout, it screws up the other tables. I use preferred seating and it was never a problem before.

I understand you're frustrated and not getting what you want, but there's no way to reset the trial. If there was, I would gladly do that for you. You can always try on another system, or read through this thread and realize we've been here fully supporting this product.

The bovada card catcher doesn't effect HUD setups at all. Installing a new version wouldn't change your HUD alignment. Some preferred seating setups do not work. I have no done a complete list of which ones do and don't with all the combos. But in general you need to get the layout position moved how you want it and then save. If it keeps moving, then that preferred seat setup will not work. Keep in mind, the HUD you have wasn't designed to overlay on the Bovada tables.

There's something going on with the latest build when you're moved again. The developers have been gathering info and logs and looking into it. It's not happening on every system because it's fine on mine. They're focusing on this with a HU's issue now so it will be resolved next build.

The Bovada Card Catcher finally works for me!

I've posted sporadically on this thread since nearly a year ago to criticize that this software basically didn't work once I was on more than 2 tables. Today, the Card Catcher seems to work reliably while 4-tabling. I don't know if it's because I switched from a 1900x1200 monitor to a 2560x1440 monitor or due to the latest software updates. Thanks for whatever was done to make it work.

I'd like to buy this from you but I'm playing a tournament atm, followed your instructions, have the right hand history settings, but no table is detected.

Dammit, didn't work for me all the way through.

Started with 1 MTT all the way to 5 without busting, working fine for 2 hours... busted 1, the rest worked. Busted 2nd, no problems. Busted 3rd, HUD not updating, restart. Working again. Busted 4th, not updating again, restart again. Working.

Last table was working after the 2nd restart until I opened the only other table left in the MTT. My HUDs disappear short handed. At the FT, 1/2 the table has no HUD, other half has HUDs that don't update. To be clear, when I say restart, I mean stopping TT, closing it, then running TT again. I couldn't get the HUD running at FT.

I only play on Bovada and this might be the cause of the problems. You might want to look into running tests for Bovada tables exclusively to isolate the problem.

Is anyone playing on Bovada with 0 issues playing multi-tables?
Specifically, are other tables still updating HUD stats after busting out of MTTs?

I tried the trial while trying to 2 table husngs. It was working until it got to 100 hands, then it stopped working. Is it because it's a trial? I thought it was supposed to be fully functional for 72 hours.
