The next build will have the auto time bank back in there. Just keep in mind to do this you could experience flashing on some systems. The manual time bank from the app should work fine. We'll continue to look at some other work arounds as well.

Hi, I am still on occasion getting an error that says, "Invalid Button Value," when this happens, that particular game will not catch any hands ( The Hud doesn't appear ).
I play 6max Dons all of which are the same stakes.
If the error message says, Invalid Pot Size, everything works fine. My hud just doesn't work on the games that say, Invalid Button Size.

What version are you running, because this was addressed some time back. I'd update to the latest no matter what since I'm about to put a new version up, but I'd like to know your version if you don't mind before.

When the winner shows his hand and the other player at showdown 'mucks' its not the same as if the player had folded on a previous street. Every site I know of, with the exception of WPN shows these cards right away in the replayer/ client hand history. Bovada is no exception, these hole cards are available to be see instantly.

The difference with Bovada is that Bovada will ALSO allow you to see everyone's hole cards regardless of when they folded when you download the hands. This version of the hand histories is available only 24hrs after the hands are played and must be manually downloaded.

I am wondering why the hands that are shown down and immediately available to be seen in the poker client (like they would be using HM or equivalent on most sites) are not recorded in the HHs recorded by Bovada Poker Catcher. My understanding is that Holdem Indicator replayer will show these cards right away, but I can't confirm since the HI replayer has never worked for me at all for some reason.

Because the hands aren't available immediately. They're not automatically saved to your hard drive like most other sites, at least natively.

To see what your opponent mucked at showdown you have to manually request the hand history by clicking on Last Hand, and sometimes there is huge lag in the request.

BCC would have to make that web request at every showdown (data hog) and then somehow backtrack write it to the database after the hand had already written when caught, or alternatively delay the writing of the hand to your database until the mucked cards are known. Neither situation would be good.

Nothing about Bovada is automatic lol

Apologies if this has already been answered. When Card Catcher is running I can't click the Time Bank or the Last Hand in the Bovada client. (Well I can click them, they just don't do anything.)

Are you 100% sure this isn't a lingering hand from the previous build? Can you check your BCC hand history directory and make sure there aren't any there before you start PT and let me know if you see it again. This should have been fixed, and we haven't seen it in testing since then. Just let me know, ty!

Getting this in multi way pots where one short stack is all in and there's a main/side pot.

What version is this? Can you send this hand to support? I know there are still some odd side pot issues to work out. Most are done now though.

Is there a special upgrade price to register for tournaments if we already have cash games registered? All I see on the website is $40 for cash, $40 for tournaments, and $60 for both.

I just retested after clearing all hands out of my PT buffer. I got the same error message again today ( and no hud for that game ). So i'm now 100% sure. I'm using cc version 2.03.4

Does this work for Zone HH? I am using the demo and it captures cash and tournies fine but not Zone. I don't care about the HUD aspect while playing Zone but would like to have my HH. Couldn't find a definite answer on the website.

If I purchase this product, will I be able to see opponents mucked cards (without having to click on previous hand) on hands that reached showdown? Sorry if this has been asked all ready but I could not find.

No. It may in the future, but we haven't done enough investigative work to see the plausibility yet. Our hand converter will convert and import zone though.

No. Only if the hand is shown. Mucked cards really aren't supposed to be shown, but they do this on Bovada to help prevent collusion. It's not available data to us though except through their last hand link.
