How do you move the stats around? Normally you have to right click them and drag, but that isn't working.

Are you using PT or HM? You likely have to unlock your HUD setting, and then you can move them. It will explain this in the tutorial video also with some other details you might want to know. Just click watch tutorial and then your DB.

I put up a new version (.12) that should be vastly improved for PT. HM was already functionally really well, but this should significantly improve the PT imports.

My HH files are not showing up in in the bovada card catcher directory. I have followed the troubleshooting and disabled all bovada animations.

I don't think it works if you're using TableTamer.

I emailed support on Friday and have not gotten a response.

I just got the trial version and I love the idea of this. At first all hands that went past preflop were not working. Then I turned off my mod table and cards and postflop hands work, although it seemed to still miss some hands (not completely sure, will have to do more testing). My first question: is the only way for this to work to use Bovada's red table? If my custom cards don't work it's not a big deal, but the bright red default table is pretty annoying.

Also when I run this program with Party Poker (I play on Borgata, the NJ site), all the Borgata tables flash constantly. Has anyone else had issues like this, and is there any way for this to be resolved? I can try to take a video of the Borgata tables flashing if you'd like. I tried running the Card Catcher with a couple other poker clients on (888, Stars, FTP) and 888 and Stars did not have this problem. FTP also flashed but only every 10 seconds or so, not constantly like Party.

Program should work with any table background from the list of backgrounds in Table Settigs. This is also the case with card design from the designs the Bovada client offers. If you notice any problems with those, please report on this thread and issue will be resolved in one of future versions.

Regarding problems you have reported with other poker clients, thank you for noticing this. Problem is resoved and you won't experience that kind of behaviour with the next version.

I also had the tables flashing without anything else running besides PT4.

How do you get rid of the please registrar after you have registered in red?

@Dev010 My trial expired while flashing still, so I can't let you know if it's fixed. I emailed your support to see if I could get an extended trial last week but I have not gotten a response.

I am using my trial and .12 and am experiencing consistent flashing with just this program running and 1 Bovada table. My desktop machine is very powerful and am nowhere near tapping CPU or RAM.

Edit: After tinkering a little bit more, I noticed that the flickering is only happening at Heads Up tables. I joined a 6max game and had no flickering and hands were importing without issue, while simultaneously sitting at an empty HU table with flickering every second or so. Sitting at an empty 6max table is also fine.

Yes, we have had reports of this on heads up tables, and it's only happening when there's no one sitting. I let the developer know about this. It seems fine for 6max and full ring, and once someone sits at the HU's table, it's ok as well.

This might have been forwarded to me from support to extend it. They don't have a way to do it, and I'm traveling at the moment. If you can PM me with your e-mail and info, I will get you an extension as soon as I get in.

This makes me concerned as they have not responded to my email from yesterday. I have tried all of their "troubleshooting" recommendations and even uninstalled/reinstalled everything and tried everything again. I should have used the free trial version before purchasing this product.

This is my problem as well.

I have been out of the country the last 8 days and just got back. Mike, our support person was sick, and the developer on this, Stevan was off yesterday. So just a perfect storm of small lapse, but I saw all tickets were answered. So if there's something that someone has a question about that hasn't been answered, please ask and I'll address it.

Thanks for the feedback FreakDaddy! I hope you had a good trip. Support did respond to me last night and asked if I turned the HM hud off and then on again. I did this probably 20 times while attempting to figure this out. Below is a summary of what I sent to support.

So I have done all of the troubleshooting suggestions. I turned off animations and Game Play on Bovada. Using version 8079 for Holdem Manager 2. Here is link to picture w/ import folder setup on HM2. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29...it?usp=sharing

Steps I take when trying.

1) open Catcher and start catching
2) load tables on bovada and play a few rounds
3) turn on holdem manager
4) turn hud off and on
5) click on table finder

Nothing is detected.

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything and that did not work. I also turned the UAC on my computer but that did not work either.

Yes, I saw your log file and passed it to the developer. It seems like the resolution calculation is preventing it from starting. I was told the release that's supposed to be out today should resolve that.

When should we expect the hu flashing issue to be resolved?

New build is up (.14) and a lot of major improvements. Flashing should be reduced and resources as well.

New settings feature to change hero name as well.
