For example it will put "P4"s stats in the P5 seat, even when I save the layout correctly, and another time it might be correct, and sometimes (but not always) it shows Hero stats on the table even though in PT4 I have my HUD set to "show all players except hero". This is a problem with the "official" version too, but it seems to be even worse with Beta.

^^ are you using preferred seating? I had that problem too, but when I turned off preferred seating it went away

Tried the Beta today and ran into some issues. For some reason it isn't recording any hands. I have checked the appropriate settings for file locations and everything appears fine. The previous version collects hands when I reinstall it. The tables I run show up in the beta version but aren't collecting? Therefore the hud won't come up either. Any ideas?

I use preferred seating too, like everyone else who plays poker online. So I can't use this product until I can do so.

I use preferred seating and my non-beta program seems to be working just fine give or take a few missed hands.

The beta is crashing for me a few seconds after I hit Start Catching. v1.00.36 still works ok though.

That's because after playing for years sitting at the bottom, trying to train your eyes to look all over the place while 4 tabling is hard as ****.

Messing with the beta all day today. It works well, till it doesn't! It is crashing a fair amount for me. Where would be the best place to send my crash reports?

Also, I noticed that if you restart the catcher, the randomized player names are reset, which effectively resets the HUD. Any way around that? Would be cool to be able to start up right where you left off in the case of a crash, which for the moment is a nonstarter.

Preferred seating won't work in the official release. It should work in the beta release. I haven't tested that part much myself, but theoretically it should be a non-issue. I'm still unsure what you mean by the position problem. Maybe it's lined to the preferred seating. I will have the developers look for that specifically.

I am having this exact issue. Couldn't even get the beta to stay up, it just crashed right away every time I would try to reopen it. 1.00.36 still works for me also.

Restarting my computer seems to stem the frequent crashing, but after some time they resume.

Also, the "last hand" button doesn't seem to work (either in the client or in the catcher window).

I noticed that sometimes it takes a handful of hands (maybe 5 or 10) before BCC starts saving hands. Is this normal behavior?

Is there documentation anywhere about the "last hand" and "time bank" buttons? I assume BCC breaks Bovada's last hand link. But now I can't get either to work.

Thanks for putting out all the updates. I installed the latest one and it crashed after about 10 mins. I have restarted it a couple of times and it keeps crashing once I click Start Catching.

Honestly I'm not sure how to be any clearer about it. With a HUD, there is a different box of stats for each player at the table. At most poker sites, I can move them to the right places, i.e. player A's stats will be above Player A, Player B's stats will be above Player B, and so on, and then in PT4 I click "save layout" and it remembers that positioning.

On Bovada with Poker Card Catcher, the player's stats seem to come up in random positions sometimes, regardless of how often I re-arrange them and regardless of how I position them when I click "Save Layout". So for example Player1's stat box could sometimes appear above Player1, as it should, but sometimes it appears above Player2. Does this make sense now? Not trying to be rude, I promise, just trying to be clear. Also this problem seems to happen more often with the Beta version, though it happens in both for me, both with and without preferred seating enabled.

I've talked with them about that. It's supposed to cut about the first 1-2 hands so that it can get the data and stacks correct. I'd try and explain, but it's complicated. This is during observation, and usually by the time you sit it should be going. But I saw it take about 5 hands or so once also. I'm going to get that worked out.

No documentation. It's pretty straight forward. I already told them about the buttons with this version. I think the issue is during the re-sizing. It's something they'll have to re-factor because if I have the default size tables going it's a non-issue. If it's re-sized then I've seen it not work. It will get worked out as well.

Can you send the log as shown in my above post to support? This will help the developers know what is crashing with your setup.

Well that was more clear now. So that's not an issue with the catcher. What you said initially sounded like it was writing positions wrong, which it's not. I'm not sure if you understand, but leveraging your HUD from your database on a site it's not designed for takes some maneuvering. The best way to get the position setup saved every time is not having preferred seating. I'm not 100% sure if there's some way to get that working with PT4. I'll bring it up with the developers again, but there may not be anything we can do.

It's not BCC that breaks it, it's the HUD that prevents it from being clickable.

I can click it just fine when the HUD is on. Are you saying that having the HUD on causes the client to ignore the click?
