Yeah, I'm not sure what the developer did on his last minute "fix". So when I saw the issue I pulled it. I'll have something up here soon guys. I promise. I'm talking with them tomorrow and I'll put something up as soon as I have it. Sorry for the delay. sigh

I'm interested in trying this program and I see it's still for sale on the site, but there are a lot of complaints here. Is it actually functional at the moment? I use HM2.

It's a support forum, all you're going to hear are complaints.

Are you unable to have table mods of any sort? Table number is showing up as -1 and nothing is being "caught"

Are you using the version off the site, or the posted beta? The posted beta you can use table mods. Keep in mind it's beta. There are still some known issues.

Beta. I'm not catching anything since I tried it last night. Every time my table shows up as -1 as it did when I downloaded link last night. I have only modified a few things the last few days while waiting for the update and was wondering if that might cause this.

The program (not the beta, haven't tried it yet) works pretty well for me FWIW and rarely misses any hands. I'm using HEM2, play tables at the minimum size, and don't have any table mods.

Just tried it and the hud came up on a couple of tables and then 5 minutes later it crashed

Yikes... ok, can you send your log file to the support channel please? We haven't seen any crashes in a while (fyi, this is why I delayed it because there were some crashes that needed to be worked out). The log is here by default:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher

Hey Freak,

The Cardcatcher is working great except the session wasn't in my Holdem Manager reports. I played today and the last session recorded was yesterday. Is there some setting we need to add to get in into the reports.

Yeah, I saw it do this once in PT also. I've been talking with one of the developers about it. It's strange because the data is there and showing in the HUD. The hands are there also. If you even re-import the hands, it says it's duplicate, so I'm honestly not sure what the issue is. It didn't do this every time for me though. I know they are looking into this now.

It should be working fine. Are you clicking time bank on the catcher. You can't click on the table because the database HUD overlay blocks it for some reason.

Tried restarting it, its just timing me out on all tables, whether i click it on table or on the program
