I am getting this as well. I had two all-in pots last night and it missed both of them.

There was an error importing a HH that claimed invalid size or something along those lines.

Is there anyway I can import the missing HH's and fix the error? I don't have the Bovada HH converter.

The software has a lot of promise but the all-in pots need to be addressed ASAP.

Yeah, this should be their number one priority. It isn't just AI pots it's also happening in large pots, though I haven't been able to find a number of BB's correlating to the glitch.

In it's current form, you're getting no data on their (or your) play, in the biggest pots played, which are unarguably the most important.

This hasn't worked properly since I bought it a few months ago. I don't recommend it at all atm. Also a 3 day trial is bull****, at least give someone a week to try it.

imo saving hands correctly should be considered a bonus from an otherwise decent hud. Their hand converter works flawlessly. On the other hand, they are the same company that produced said converter. So you'd think it should work just as well.

The all-in pots should be considerably better with the latest version. I was having issues with these before as well, and the latest release it's been getting all of them for me and our testers. Anytime the development team has been on a customers system, some animation process has been turned on that has cause it to miss the hands. So just double check your settings.

I'm aware there are still some issues. We're electing not to do illegal processes, so we can all enjoy a hud long term and offer a low cost alternative.

But honestly, the cost of development has been astronomical. I will be increasing the price on it in the near future. I have to. I'm waiting until the new process we're doing is in place, and it's not missing any more hands. I expect that to be in place within the next 2 weeks.

It bugs me more than anything that there are known issues with it. As a customer of my own products, I'd still rather use it than any alternative because it works overall. I accept the fact it's going to miss a hand every so often in exchange for setting my HUD up the way I want.

But the bottom line is I don't want it missing hands. And I can tell you with 100% certainty, that it not missing any hands will be a reality very soon.

Does it work with HUSNG's? I cant use it anymore because I tried it when it first came out and experienced technical difficulties .

If you can just answer this question , I will purchase it immediately.

Does show pot total, show bet value, table spotlight, or folded hand display affect this? They are the only animations still active.

I can't wait until we can use the Preferred Seat option so I can start using this.

Does the software not work if you are using mods? I changed some of the cards, graphics, etc. and its not working anymore.

Those should be fine, just rabbit cam can effect this on some systems. Some systems it's fine.

No, it does not. It will when we have the new update in place. That's about 2 weeks away though.

Why are you ignoring my question? I asked dozens of times if it would work for HUSNG's and the only answer I ever got was "Try it and see"

Have you not tested it for heads up games?

Just want some clarification on why Bodog allows this software as I was under the impression they banned HUDs which is why PT and HM don't offer it?

I purchased this software 3 months ago and gave up on it at the time because it just was too unreliable. I updated to the latest (.35) today and it is only slightly better.

To be more specific I 4-table 6max cash games. At 2 tables or fewer it's fairly reliable (85%+ of hands). At 3 tables, it catches something like 60% of hands. At 4 tables it goes down under 40% and often the fourth table won't get any hands caught. The BBC.log file is littered with exceptions (ArgumentOutOfRangeException, OutOfMemoryException, InvalidOperationException).

Kudos to FreakDaddy for being so responsive in this thread. That said, I would recommend that most wait until the software is more reliable before buying.

I have a new .36 version going up that's addressing some of the HU's cash walk issues. Just finishing some testing, but it will be up by today.

Skeetm... your setting are off somewhere. Lots of people run it on 4 tables, as do I. Your error rate should be around 1%. If it's that bad, have one of the support guys do a remote session to get you working better. There's no way it should function like that. Totally unacceptable.

Can you please give me a step by step on how to auto activate the auto time bank, I cant get it to work, and it is a problem because when I am running the card catcher I cant get time bank to work.

I also had another question it seems as though people with PT4 seem to have less bugs than people that use this software with HEM2 is this true? I find that stats like fold to Cbet and especially won $ at showdown freeze up after 20 or so hands on HEM2.

1) A month ago during my free trial, bpcc didn't work for Double or nothing Sng's. Does it now work?

2) Can I pay for this with an ACR transfer?

Click on settings in the bovada card catcher. Click, enable auto timebank.

PT4 seems to work a bit better with it right now, yes. Hm2 will work, but it takes a little more to get it setup.

1) It works with S&G's, but it's still beta.
2) No. Just paypal or major credit card.
