I added a new RAM and replaced my motherboard. When I opened ICC, it ask me to register again so i did and it wont accept my serial key. I tried resetting my serial key thinking maybe i used my activation but it still does not work. any advice?

before and after latest update the hud and hm2 not working on 2 or more tables
it always misses the fourth table and doesnt record hands in hm2
the hud and waiting for hands doesnt even show in some tables

I got it working. support sent me a instructions on how to deleting my license. After doing that I got to register my serial key. thanks

Will card catcher still work with HM2 next year? This is what it says on Hm2 site: It means there will be no updates or technical support for HM2 after December 31, 2020.

HM2 users will be able to log-in and use the software but functionality such as the HUD and hand importing will be significantly impacted when poker sites release updates and/or add new game types. While we cannot predict the timing of future poker site updates, their cumulative impact on core HM2 features mentioned will be significant.

I’m on windows 10. Where does igntion card catcher record all my hands besides the HM2archive folder? So i imported HM2 archive folder into Hm3 since “import HM2 database into HM3” didn’t work (keeps saying the message that HM3 cannot create or open databases from a folder that is being synchonized by OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or other similar cloud based services, even tho I paused syncing and closed all processes related to Dropbox, one drive, and google drive, and signed out of all three accounts).

Anyways the import worked except i only see about 25% of my hands, so about 75% of my hands are missing in Hm3 after importing HM2archive.

A few days ago, I restored my Hm2 database files into HM2 on another computer, all my hands were there and everything worked perfectly. So it seems HM2archive is either missing some hands or I did something wrong.

I’ve talked to hm2 support but we haven’t found a solution yet.

Re-install ignition. It's not a catcher issue. For some reason on some of the ignition updates, some of the files don't copy. I don't know why.

Why don't you just convert your hm2 database to hm3? That seems like that would be the easiest solution.

What exactly do you mean by that? As far as I’m aware there were only 2 options to get HM2 hands into HM3, I tried both and neither worked well. I clicked import HM2 database and that didn’t work for reasons I mentioned above. Which I think is the same as converting Hm2 database into HM3 but I could be wrong..

I'm having issue when I win hands without showdown it doesn't pick up that i won and didn't also fold. I'm using bovada and holdem manager.

I bought holdem combo last year and my expiration date is coming soon. Is the payment automatically recurring? Could you make sure it won't happen? Thanks!

Ignition catcher is tracking tables but HUD not popping up.
PT not receiving hands all of the sudden.
Restarted all software and PC... any tips?

I still have that issue too, but not as bad as it use to be with PT4+ICC.

The current fix that works for me is to just keep closing/reopening the table that the HUD is not loading. It might take up to six tries, bit this eventually fixes it.

Yes, I meant the convert hm2 database option. Did you contact them and ask them why it didn't convert? I'm sure if you sent an error log they'd be able to assist. I just think it would be easier than the other routes.

Are you making sure you don't have two tables in the loading phase at the same time? We'd have to see your log. You can click on settings in the catcher, create log, and send the .zip file to support to look at.

It's always been that way (at least since Ignition's last major update 1.5 years ago). If you have more than one table in the loading phase, it won't be able to write data correctly for those tables. Just make sure you load one, then the next and you'll be fine.

HUD/Card Catcher has been fine the past week or so - Currently using the most updated version of pt4 and card catcher.

Was fine for first half of the day, now it's starting to register SNGs as cash tables and no hud pop up.

What's the version number of the catcher and PT4 that you're using? I've not heard of anyone having this issue, so I'd need more details and possibly a log.

I am trying to export hands grabbed with Card Catcher/H2N into HM3.

The regular table hand histories import fine, but there seems to be an issue with the zone hand histories.

HM3 gives the following error:
Unrecognized file format: SpeedZonePokerTexans_1.txt
Unrecognized file format: SpeedZonePokerTexans_2.txt

I am confused because I compared these .xml files with the regular table ones and there isn't much difference apart from the table name, which I manually tried to edit without any luck.

Any help would be appreciated

That's a strange fiilename. I'm not sure how h2n exports it's data honestly. Can't you just get the original hands that were captured w/ the catcher and import those into hm instead? I think that would be easier than trying to export and re-import.

Does the card catcher support the use of dynamic/positional huds with hand2note?
