since updating to the latest versions of icc and pt4 because of the errors last week i am having an issue. after i finish my nightly sessions of 25+ tournaments in my database i am now getting random results put in for my tournaments. i manually put in the result of every tournament i play so i can track my roi per buyin but ever since the update i get random results in my database. i dont even cash a tournaments and it says i won money, sometimes it puts in the exact amount i cashed correctly, sometimes i win a tournaments and it reports nothing. is there someway i can ether have this auto detect results all of the time or none of the time? it is just creating more work for me now because i have to take out all the false results im getting and triple check everything
b4 the updates it would just track all my hands and tournaments and never put in any results at all which was much easier if it cant auto detect

i updated my pt4, do i need to disable Chico get hands while playing and only use ipoker?

Make sure you have the latest PT + ICC (download from this thread). There's been several updates, and this should all have been addressed. If you're still having an issue, please send a log to support by clicking settings on ICC and click create log. Send that .zip to support and they can help correct your settings.

No, the other way around. If you have chico configured and you have the latest PT and ICC, then that's what you want to use. IF you were using ipoker previously though, you may want to continue using that because you will loose previous opponent data (because it will be listed under a different network now).

Remove the chico one then. You don't need that one if you've been using ipoker.

Sent an email where? There's no e-mails that are ever ignored. You probably e-mailed no-reply.

I somehow missed your message in here apparently, but just contact support and they can send you a link to upgrade.

No, it should just do one or the other, not both because PT will archive the hand right after import.

The card catcher isnt picking up any tables, issue started today for me anyone else experiencing this?

It looks like it's just cash games. MTT's seem to still work.
