Is possible to change setting that making the software generate seperate entry in database when I am losing in tournament and then I re--by back in? I am wanting just one single entry per each tournment. Thanking you!!!

Just to be clear, you want re-buys to count as a new tournament, correct?

Hello,,

No that is what i do not want happening but right now software is counting rebuy as new event so i am wondering how do i turn off this feature and make all rebuy count together as one single tournament

We've heard this before, and haven't been able to re-produce. If you can click on settings in the catcher, and turn on advanced logging. And next time it happens, click on settings again, click create log, and send the .zip file to support we can check it out. I think there's some specific mtt's this is happening on w/ specific versions of the database people are using.

Can you update to the latest version. You're a few versions behind. Try it, and like I said, if you see it happen again, please send a log. I will have someone look into it right away.

I would like to confirm that if evre I want to change computers and have ICC registered, I don't have to buy a new license, just need to reset the serial key from your website right?

Correct. You can reset it from links on our website or contact support.

I'm thinking about making the shift from PT4 to H2N. I only play tournaments on Ignition and PT4 + ICC has consistently worked well and reliably over the years.

I am curious how H2N + ICC performs? Would appreciate any responses.

You'd have to manually edit your result in PT4. It's the only way.

I just updated to PT4 version 4.15.21. Now the HUD for each player is huge and not all of the HUDs show up. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm having the same issue, but I think it might be ICC related and not PT4, because I had a mandatory ICC update and I was having HUD size issues, so I then decided to update PT4 to 4.15.21 and the problem still persists.

Not even sure how to search this issue. After I updated my HM2, I started getting double HUDs. I moved the 2nd one out of the way, but you can see it in the picture. Any idea how to fix this?

Hello FreakDaddy... I have been a long time subscriber and user of Ignition Hand Converter and a VERY long time subscriber and user of Ignition Card Catcher. I love the option on IHC to be able to reconvert the original ignition HHs at any time. It would AWESOME if there was a way to point ICC to the saved original HHs to reconvert in PT4 and/or H2N format. Is there anyway of doing this? I know there is no obvious way, but there must be a way somehow?

The reason I am wanting to do this is because I thought I was purging some PS format "known hole cards hands" from PT4 that had the wrong time stamped on them. And I thought it would only delete the PS hands, but it deleted the IP hands also and I cant figure how to get them back

The catcher just writes in one format only, but if you have both, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Is the Ignition Update today causing HUD issues for anyone else. ICC is catching the tables but PT4 isnt finding the hands.

Edit: Looks like the hand history folder is blank. Hands arent being stored there.
