I just got back playing again, I purchased the card catcher around 7 years ago , I know you guys switch to subscription based. how do i renew my license?

Just download the latest version from the website, open the app and you'll have a renew button to click.

Sorry, I don't see the renew link. I'm using a different PC from the one I used before. Right now, I'm running on the free trial but i don't see the renew button. Thank you for your help.

The latest build we have of ICC works with the newest HM3.

If you enter your serial on the new system, you'll get a renew link since it will be expired. You can also contact support for a direct renewal link for your serial. They can look it up if you don't know it.

when i initially upgraded icc to 2.14.4 and pt4 to 4.51.18 it stopped recognizing all my games. (jackpot sit n gos) i have since tried 2.14.5 and now back to 2.14.3. I have tried pt4 4.15.19 and 4.15.18 with all versions of icc. Running windows 10. not sure what else i can do?? any help would be appreciated.

I tried playing zone and i don't see a HUD on my table but I do notice the hands being imported in my database. Its this normal or am i doing something wrong?

There's no way to have a HUD on zone. You can only track the games. Even if you could have a HUD it would be pointless because the games are anonymous. You wouldn't be able to track your opponents.

FYI I'm still having issues with HUD info sometimes not appearing on a table after a rebuy or site/network disconnection. I'm using the latest v2.14.5 that was suppose to address this issue. I can see the hands from that table with no HUD info still getting imported into PT4 tho.

One improvement is that I can at least stop/start ICC and then reopen my tables to fix this issue and also not loss my opponent's HUD data. The old ICC versions would wipe out that HUD info and start from scratch.

It can happen on buyins or rebuys.

That table disconnection message sometimes causes the HUD to stop recording hands. Anytime I get it now I just reopen the table to be on the safe side and it's all good.
