When I try to download this newest version of CC I get this error message:
Setup was unable to create the directory C:\ etcetera

Error 5 Access is denied

Fair enough, but I can only speak of my experience on my brand new PC. I'm getting no crashes from the Ignition client until I launch ICC. I can recreate it every time by just opening up Ignition client with ICC running and it will crash after opening up several MTT lobbies.

I try downloading you're new Beta version and see what happens tonight. Ty

We haven't had any reports of crashes and the update they did works still with the latest build. I'd reboot and see if it's working ok, and if not then close ignition and re-install ICC once again.

There is an outstanding issue with 6-max tables are detected as 9-max sometimes, and that has been fixed and will be released today.

It sounds like you probably had ICC open and updated ignition. I'd re-install ignition with nothing open. Then make sure ignition is closed and re-install the card catcher, and then you should be good. We have zero crash reports on any forums or support that I've heard of. All feedback has been that any crashes from the first update are now gone.

If you're still having and issue, then click on settings in the card catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file to support and we can check it out for you.

It has improved windows detection logic, on slow system ICC couldn't detect main process, so it couldn't track windows with tables.

If you're not seeing an issue, you can stick with your version, but also if you do upgrade, it's easy to downgrade at any time.

I have a problem using this program everything runs fine but when I’m on the tables and hud shows up I cant rearrange the hud on the players on right like when drag the hud to put them on the correct players it won’t let me put the ones on the right side they either show half or disappear even if I maximize the screen does anybody else have this problem?

No. You need to disable the grabber that is in PT4.

We don't control the HUD, just write the files so the HUD you're using can import them and launch their HUD. Maybe check your font size settings in windows. If it's over 100%, reduce it. If all else fails contact support for the database you're using.

I play $200 turbo 6 max sngs on bovada. When I catch the sngs with card catcher the payouts are wrong in pokertracker. The same tournaments with the same tournament description have the correct payouts when I download them, convert them with the ignition hand converter, and load them into poker tracker. Any idea why the payouts would be wrong with the card catcher?

I am running into another issue tonight where my HUD doesn't load on my 6th MTT table after a rebuy. I can see all 6 tables in ICC, but no stats on the 6th table. It ended up happen for my 5th table aswell after a rebuy.

Does this newer version fix this issue?
