my english isn't good but i am having problems with the hud. sometimes it only works on two or one tables and I have 4 open.

and preferred seating doesn't work

for card catcher to work with HEM2, is it still required to use HEM2 v2.0.0.8079 or earlier?

Preferred seating was changed to seat 1 being bottom middle in the latest update. So you need to adjust accordingly.

You can use any of the latest versions of HM2 and the card catcher will work.

Can you tell me what can be the reason for some tables to not appear in the table list (and no HUD appears) while other (same type of) tables are detected and work perfectly fine? I should also note that the hands are being catched, just no HUD.

I updated before, problem persisted here. Some tables are working, some are not, I don't get what's the criteria since tables' class were the same, but yeah.

Make sure that you don't have two tables in the loading phase at the same time. If you're still having an issue, then please click on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file to support and we'll have a look. ty.

I'm on v2.13.5 and am having an issue with tournament tables. When I close a table, the HUD from the closed table shows up on another table.

I had one person report this yesterday in support, I'm assuming you. Haven't seen it outside of that. If you send some logs in we'll look at it for you.

Ok, I got it. It looks like when HM2 updated their WPN fix, they added a bug where it's grabbing any default table title that is up and throwing the HUD over it. I sent this info directly to them to see if they can address it. In the meantime, you can either 1) revert back to a previous version before their WPN fix or 2) If you open table finder, you can unselect the old table and the HUD will be removed from the table.

I'll update when I know more.

Im sure you guys already know this but since the ignition update today/yesterday the catcher is having some issues. Was just 4 tabling and worked fine on 3 tables but the 4th would only show hud for 3 players and would miss most of the hands - getting the standard errors for this sort of thing in pt4 import status:

Error: iPoker: Hero post-fold action
Error: iPoker: Hero action out of sequence
Error: iPoker: Warning: Invalid rake in hand

ya, using 2.13.5

have played a few more sessions and had no problems so I guess it was just that one table glitched or something - haven't seen any more import errors either

Hi, Is anyone here using Pt4 with Notecaddy and the card catcher? PT4's grabber doesn't work as well as card catcher so I wish to use the CC but I can't get Notecaddy to work. If NC is working for anyone, could you please tell me what build of PT4 you're using?
