Do you have a video which explains both the Ignition Hand Converter and Ignition Card Catcher and they work with holdem manager? If I understand it correctly the converter is for reviewing hands after playing and the catcher is used only while playing to see hud stats not for reviewing hands after playing?

The reason I'm asking because on your website it says the card catcher can review hands too?

No. I'll try again.

With the card catcher you're going to capture all of your data in real time and be able to run a HUD. Using normal poker showdown rules, if your opponent has to show their hand, then that data will be there. They don't always have to show though. But any time that information is provided by the site, it will be available for review.

The hand converter on the other hand provides ALL hole cards for your opponents. That means even if they folded pre-flop, you see their hands. Showdown, no showdown, it doesn't matter.

And fyi... Drivehud has an internal card catcher for Ignition. It works w/ cash games and tournaments. It's had one since it's release. There's a 30-day fully functional trial you can download and try.

Thanks for the constant updates as always.

Does this latest update fix the glitch where one of my four tables will have all of my opponent's HUDs stuck at 3 hands while mine shows 859 hands and the hands aren't tracked? This happens every few sessions, not sure if this is a common problem people are having or just me.

Right now though, we might have to do another set of updates because the previous new client changed seating positions completely. I don't have the new update w/ the old client yet personally. It's still showing the new updated client for me.

Always had the new skin, I think only ignition reverted to the old one for a few hours due to a bug from what i've read, im playing on bodog

I'm having an issue with zone poker. yesterday I played a session w/out issue, but today it's only catching the first hand when I open a new zone table. every hand after isn't getting tracked

Make sure you're not opening two zone tables at the same time. Open one and then the other. Make sure you downloaded the latest version that's in this thread as well. I'd reboot and try. We don't have any reported issues in support, so it's likely something of the above that caused the problem.

It's because you've installed and used them before. This particular product there's no way to reset the trial. It does work as stated.

Using both Ignition Card Catcher and Hand Converter. Converted folder and found 9.1k hands, imported to Hm2 and only 7.9k hands transferred.
