Make sure you guys are running the latest auto update. I'll post the latest here tmw if you haven't said yes to the update when you load the catcher.

If you're seeing any issue, please send a log to support. Click settings in the catcher, and click create log. I'd expect some random issues right now since it was a fairly big update on Ignition / Bodog's end. I just got in, so when I talk to the team I'll figure out any outstanding issues that are going on. My initial report that pretty much everything should be working fine except some S&G's.

I'm playing cash games and the Hud is working for me but stats are aligned on wrong players. Seems to be this way on every table with no rhyme or reason. I've noticed that a few others have mentioned this as well. I should have the latest software version as I've auto-updated Card Catcher. Is there another update coming to correct this?

Preferred seating numbers were changed w/ the update. I'm told the center bottom position is seat #1. So if you go into settings on the catcher, you need to adjust/change the seat position based on this and then it will work.

You should make a 'main pot' pop up that works with the catcher. That would be cool. That sits at the top corner of the table and shows you main pot.

I'm assuming this is in regards to Omaha games mostly. I can have them take a look. Don't know for sure if it's something we'll do. Seems like Ignition should have this set pretty clear on their end.

I've tried messing with the Catcher settings and realize I can change the preferred seat but that doesn't seem to do anything to the order in which the catcher places HUD stats on the table. I realize that when I hover over the "?" next to "Identify Seat"under settings that it still has the 4 position bottom center and that seems to be what is incorrect.... and I can't figure out how to change that. What steps specifically should I be taking to correct this?

I play under my Administrator profil, but everytime I try to install the update Im told I can't, any advice on what to do?

Side note when I uninstall-reinstall I'm given an older version and to use the Card Catcher I say no to doing the update.

Bodog changed the convention they use on displaying pot size. In the past it would display main pot in the middle and player bets on the side not included in the main pot. Now it displays them all together even before a call. I.e. flop $100 pot, player 1 bets $50, main pot displays $150 right away. Everybody hates it and are complaining in the bodog thread.

That is what he is referring to.

Table tamer has a fix for 'Main pot' it displays it in the corner of the screen. I am not sure how hard of a thing it would be to have a feature like that with the card catcher. If it was something that was real easy to code, it would be cool. You can find out, if it is some crazy coding that would be problematic, then whatever.
But it would be cool.

Any idea if the auto enable timebank will be coming back any time soon? That was a good feature.

Since the update both Card Catcher and Table Tamer have been struggling to identify which is the correct table for the HUDs and both have been mislaying their huds.

It currently means leaving and rejoining and hoping it gets it correct this time, how about a feature to let the user change the table which the HUD overlays on?

Anyone multi-tabling MTTs and not getting the HUD to display on all tables? It probably displays on 90% of my tables but there's the odd 1 or 2 table where it doesn't.

I play sit n goes and hud doesn't pop up on every sit n go. It pops up on maybe half of them.

Yes, two days in a row. I can't figure out if you have to relaunch those tables, ICC software or the whole client. It's driving me nuts. ICC & PT4 need a patch for the new software asap.

I play 4 ring tables 6max cash bodog. Several times during the day Card Catcher change hud between 2 tables randomly when other 2 tables work normal. How can I fix this bug?

- Converts new Ignition position to pre-update positions to match default IPoker positions in HM2/PT4 (Important notes: for tournaments + PT4 auto center must be enabled in PT4 settings and preferred seating in Ignition must be bottom middle position)
- Fixed the issue when game type was not detected correctly
- Fixed the issue when pt4 installer added duplicate directory to the list of auto-import folders
- Fixed the issue when preferred seating settings were reset if user switched between table types
- Disabled auto-timebank feature
- Fixed invalid rake issue in zone hands

Ok, so here's the thing. If you're using the card catcher w/ HM2, you won't have any issues. If you're using it w/ Pt4 and play tournaments, and you have preferred seating set, then you need to make sure AUTO CENTER is set in ipoker config settings and you need to set your seat position to bottom middle on Ignition. It's a Pt4 issue, and we're seeing if there's another work around, but this applies to tournaments only.

So for PT4
1. Set bottom middle seat as preferred seat in Ignition
2. Set auto-center in PT4
3. Do not set preferred seating in ICC

I play cash games (using pt4) and after the update all my HUD stats are in the wrong positions. I went through all the steps listed above and and restarted my HUD, nothing changed.

Open one table. Re-position your HUD to the correct players. Click on the PT icon and save your HUD position. Now open more tables. You'll be set.

I'm using card catcher with HM2 and experiencing issue where it will recognize my first 3 tables and then occasionally will not recognzie the 4th table I open. That is to the say the Hm2 "Waiting for hands" doesn't pop up and of course no stats ever pop up. I try closing 4th/new window and opening and new one and same err

Also if I sit out midsesion then come back sometimes it won't recognize me as back and hero never reappears and the order/player # is off
