It works fine for me with PT4 in sngs. The only problem is auto time bank feature doesn't work. I hope they can get that working soon, as that is a very helpful feature.

Ok, I'm sure the team are busy working after the new update, but I thought I'd share my observations after my first session after the new update as I thought they might help out.

Running Windows 10 with PT4 + Card Catcher.

I played 13 tournaments today. 9/13 tournaments my HUD loaded up fine, no issue. The only immediate issue was that I had to unlock and re-arrange where the HUD stats were displayed but that's fine.

Out of the remaining 4 tournaments, the HUD didn't load up perfectly like in the other tournaments.

- In 1 tournament the HUD didn't load until after maybe 5-10 hands, then I closed and reopened the table and it loaded fine.
- In 1 tournament, the HUD loaded fine after the first hand and then after maybe 15-20 hands it disappeared. I tried closing and re-opening the table and it didn't want to come back.
- In 1 tournament, my HUD didn't want to load at all even after closing and re-opening the table multiple times.
- The last tournament I think it was the same issue as the 2nd problem listed.

All hands seemed to register in PT4 itself though, it just had trouble displaying the HUD on certain tables.

This glitch happened on the previous version of Ignition, and closing and re-opening the table would make the HUD reload 99% of the time. It just seems a lot more inconsistent with the new update.

And of course, the major issue for me is that auto-time bank engage is no longer working with the latest update which makes it a lot more difficult when multi-tabling.

There are apparently problems with the all-in timer in the new patch according to the Unofficial Bodog/Bovada/Ignition Thread.

For whatever reason I am only able to get the HUD to work on 2 out of 4 tables... Playing PLO8, and as soon as there are more than 2 tables the card catcher gets confused, lol, and starts to list PLO8 tables as Limit Omaha tables.

Ok, thanks guys. The team is working on the issues, and they will send out an auto update. I'm traveling at the moment and don't have consistent internet access, but the updated will be posted in our forums also, and I'll have it up here when I can.

I'm told it's going out today. Not sure if everything is being fixed in the first build, but it will work and run a HUD.

for cash it doesent work properly, showing bad table numbers so i cant use the hud

Hi. Playing multiple cash games and HUD working well. (Except for the fact that the stats don't line up with the players and you have to manually adjust based on BBs.)

But... after the session, none of the hands were in PokerTracker to review. What'd I do wrong?

i'm not sure if it's been discussed here before or not, but is this and other card catcher based huds done using OCR and machine learning, or are you just intercepting packets sent to/from the bovada client itself and decoding them somehow in realtime? i assume the latter but would be curious if it's the former.

The latest update seemed to make things worse, at least for me.

Card Catcher was catching the tournaments, and the hands were being tracked by PT4, however the HUD itself was only showing up on about 30% of my tables. And, for the tables my HUD was actually shown on, it wasn't showing properly. HUD numbers were displayed above the incorrect opponent, and over time the HUD numbers would stay static even though PT4 was tracking hands.

With the latest bovada software update, card catcher crashes the bovada software.

Unless they updated this morning my hud and cc was working perfect last night on cash tables.

Instantly crashes ignition client when opened after the new update

Yeah, im getting disconnected 2 mins after opening up tables. Works fine if I play without the card catcher.

If I open Bovada, then open the card catcher after I log in, it works normally and still catches hands.

Is the new update causing issues (card catcher update)?

catcher is working for me, but I'm being prompted for an update which I've ignored thus far

how does the table scrape work? ie does the table window need to be unobstructed or does it not matter? what about resizing tables - if i resize in the middle of a hand will the grabber miss it?

The client has been stable for me with the new card catcher update as long as the catcher is opened after the client. Still having issues though- PTR4 is logging hands but I cant get the hud overlay to appear.

Same deal for me, except yesterdays session was almost perfect. HUD overlay appeared perfect on every single table except for 1. It might just be coincidence but it's this 1 particular tournament my HUD overlay doesn't seem to appear on. Happened 4/4 sessions this week.

Correction- the hud loaded for most tournaments, just was a bit slower initially. It still seems to be broken for all satellites.

We don't scrape tables. That's not a good approach for handling this kind of data. So re-sizing, minimizing, etc... none of that matters.
