ICC missed at least 5 hands that i noticed today. Using v 2.12.5 with no additional software besides pt4.

All the hands it missed seem to be hands i lost

I just realized this but the hands from reg speed get imported in ipoker format different from pokerstars format how do i merge all the hh into 1 database/player like for pokerstars only

You create a player alias. Just be careful you are not downloading and converting the same hands you are catching with the catcher. I use two DB. One for 24 hours later with hole cards and one with the catcher.

Maybe some DC? I'd send a log to support. I saw one report, not sure if you're the same person the other day that a couple of hands were missed. Haven't seen anything other than that in over a year. Click on settings in the catcher, and create log. I can have someone check that for you if you send to support. ty.

Well, I think there was a burst of this in the last month because in ignition/Bovada's last update, windows defender and some other anti-viruses were deleting ignition files. So I think that caused the confusion here. I know in the Ignition thread on 2+2, seems like most people figured it out... turned off defender, re-installed ignition/bovada.

Hm okay, yeah thats a bit confusing to me. But why does it matter if i download the hands and convert them i can still purge the doubled hh?

If you are organized and understand that, then yeah go for it.
But I am not sure why you would want to catch hands and then import the same ones and want an alias. It does not make much sense.

Yeah, I'd recommend not doing an alias, as your results are going to be double. It's best to just keep them separate and switch between player ID's. But, to each their own I guess.

hello, i ve just ifnished my trial and purchased the program. one issue i have had happen daily during the trial is sometimes after busting a bodog tourney the hud from that table will then force itself onto a random microgaming or ipoker table. i will use the table finder and apply the correct hud to the table but then the bodog hud from the dead table with fight back and it will continue on like this for some time maybe 5-10 minutes or 5-10 hands i dont know for sure

Randomly this week my Ignition Card Catcher has stopped importing Zone hands, it still imports all hands from ring tables though. Anyone else had this issue? I've tried re-installing the program, but still having the same issue.

The card catcher has been skipping quite a few hands a session for me.
latest pt4
card catcher version 2.12.4
zone hands
1 or 2 hands every 50

I had one older version of Pt4. I just updated.
Also I think but i am not sure, when it happens, under view import status it says "hand our of order" when it happens.
I will see if it happens again, and double check.

This is what it does, it skips the hand and it catches the hand after and the hand before and the error message in pt4 is: "Hero action out of sequence "

The trial works in both cash games and tournaments. With tournaments, you need to make sure you have the card catcher open first, otherwise it won't catch until you have a table move. With cash games it doesn't matter as much. So I'd shut down the catcher and your poker client, open the catcher, then the poker client and you should be all set.

The card catcher was working fine yesterday, today my HUD is not working, although it did work on 1 table for a while. Some hands are importing and others are not, when I go to import manually from the HH folder it seems to have most of the hands in there. Been playing 2 zone and 2 normal tables and it does see the 2 normal tables. Any idea what it could be?

I am getting skipped hands with a warning of: "Invalid rake in hand #3253252"
v.2.12.5

How do I know if I have the latest catcher without going to the site at random?

To send a log click on settings, click create log and send the .zip file to support.

Am I doing something wrong or do you not support the plo8 variant in ignition? Not so worried about the HUD as they;re all fish but would like to track for my own records. Any work around to this or any future o8 considerations?
