All tickets are answered within typically 12 hours tops. So if you didn't get an answer, check the email you sent to and make sure it's support. You can use this form also:

Cheers, probably just sent it to sales then - I’ll give it another crack then using that link!

No worries. We're on a little bit of a skeleton crew, but people are in office. Was your issue handled?

Any thoughts on husng report errors? Pretty much nonstop have games missing and results being logged incorrectly.

This is something we could add to a product like drivehud though.
if you ever do add this to drivehud or if it's already in there please let me know as just having the hand action displays makes the hud worth it alone for my forgetful brain.

Send logs to support if you're seeing something like that. Only thing I'm aware of is for Spin and go's and I think development addressed that the other day. If there's something else, then click on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file to support so they can check it out.

That's not our conversion format, that's PT's. You need to disable their beta one for cash games and just use our card catcher. I know ours works.

Any one else having issues with card catcher closing down the Ignition client or is it just me?

I have PT4 open and the client open and when I launch card catcher the client then closes

You probably need to disable PT4's Ignition catcher beta for cash games. You can't have them both running at the same time.

Well that would be a first I've heard of anything like that. Do you have any other 3rd party apps running like SAT, etc...? Because those inject into the same space and could cause a problem. I'd click on settings in the catcher, and click create log so they can see specifically what's going on. But I've not heard of any client crashes... that would be ubber bad.

Since Ignition's last update, no. It's not something that's going to be supported anymore because in order for it to work, it's going to cause a lot of issues with other databases to do so. It was actually only implemented originally as a temp fix because the time bank button was covered in a previous old version of Bovada (before Ignition existed).

I would pay up to like $20 for a "Bovada Time Bank Engager" program

Maybe check your junk/spam folders? I know that they go to development at that point, and I can check with them. PM me your username and I'll check for you.

Does ignition crash without warning from time to time? Recently it will crash where it won't freeze but just completely close out without warning. Not sure if it's a card catcher problem...

I think since their last update it's been an issue. There's reports of this on the Bovada/Ignition thread on here w/ people who aren't using any apps and getting crashes. I'd contact their support and let them know. They can at least look at your log.

I looked through the last few pages of the bodog thread and didnt see any reports of people saying its crashing without using 3rd party software.

I think that it is a ICC causing the crashes, because after the ignition crashes, this happens.

This is the exact same thing that used to happen when Table Tamer had a bug after an ignition update, Ignition would auto close, and task manager would show multiple "ignition Casino's" running, using 100% of cpu usage.

I could be wrong i dont know much about computers, but that is what it feels like to me.

It's 1000% not ICC. If you're running table tamer and the card catcher at the same time, you will have crashes. They both inject into the same space.

And if you're running PT4, if you have their beta catcher thing running, it will cause crashes if you have ICC running at the same time. You need to disable it.

Additionally, the latest update of Ignition opens a TON of processes and starts eating lots of resources. ICC only uses about 20-30 mbs total and is writing text files. Also, we use the same process in Drivehud, and have zero reported issues with DH. I had one similar report a week ago with ICC. I could not get a log, but I know it's not w/ something ICC is doing. If I even remotely suspected that, I'd tell you and get a log. The last thing I want happening is a product causing a poker client crash.

I'd recommend re-installing ignition. I did read that it helped others with resolving crash issues. Once ICC is injected, it can't cause a crash unless perhaps you don't have 20mbs of free memory and your system won't do paging (which you'd have to have an ancient system). If it was going to cause any kind of poker client crash, it would happen on load of ignition only.

Two people that I know that said the same thing, did an ignition re-install and then no more crashes. Let me know, and we can always take a look at your log and see what's happening with your system. But I'm positive it's not ICC related. Like I said, I don't say that lightly.
