card catcher isnt finding my cash tables for some reason. both softwares are up to date..

It's not officially supported because it's still beta, but I know users are using it. I haven't checked myself because I could never get HM3 to work. But in theory it should be fine, and you can use the trial to confirm w/ your setup as well.

Try closing everything down and rebooting. Make sure you have the card catcher loaded first and then your poker client.

You'll add HERO for ipoker to your alias. That's where all of your default stats are written to.

For the last week every time I check my graph in PT4 at the end of a session it's showing more cash than I actually won for HUSNGs. Any idea why this is happening? Meanwhile (not sure if it's related) some of the games that I actually do win are shown as 2nd place finishes despite the stats displaying the cash as a positive. I use fresh restarts of software before sessions and have current updates of PT4 and CC. Any help would be appreciated.

Yw... one thing that's tricky with Ignition and specifically HU's S&G's is if there's multiple tables in the loading phase at the same time, that can cause a problem. It's just a limitation of this specific site and you don't have control over when S&'G's launch really. That might also be the issue. But they'll know when they see the logs.

Every time i open card catcher I need to put in the serial code.

I paid for it again and was inactive for like 6months and I put in a new SDD into my comp (Might be causing the issue?)

I need to reset my code every time and put it in again, where was the hidden folder I need 2 delete? I remember you posted it in here before or is there another solution?

Yes. You can't run a HUD on zone, that's impossible and useless since players and anonymous. But it will track your hands and sessions for you so you can review.

Hehe... yeah, windows updates are sometimes really strange. I guess they do a backup, and sometimes don't clear. Happens a small % of the time.
