Not sure if this is a known error, but when I have the card catcher running and I enter a tournament if I don't close the tournament lobby the curser starts going haywire and randomly opens different mtt tables and generally makes it unplayable. Problem seems to resolve if I close the mtt lobby.

Same here. It's great in HUD format, but can't use the PT4 won/lost results as an indication of anything really since they are so far off from the cashier. I don't mind though, it's a cool program.

I should probably just buy the hand converter but I'm too stubborn so far...

Hi you guys i am trying Bovada card catcher and it's not working properly. It shows the hud on every player but when a player leaves my hud will switch around on me and there will become players 2 hud under player 4 but also be a hud under player 2 for player 2. IE:the hud is duplicating and messing up in that fashion every time a player gets up. Thanks for any help

The catcher doesn't control this. It's how you're setting up HM2. You can double check some of the troubleshooting steps to help. You can also contact support and they will get you set. Once you get it locked and saved, then you should be fine. I set mine up in the replayer and locked it, and it never moves on the tables once it was saved.

I haven't seen it occur, and we'll put some extra steps in to make sure it identifies that it's an MTT and not a S&G. My hope is that this next release is going to remove any lingering issues. I'll know in the next couple of days exactly where we are. It's been a bit of a frustrating process as I want all of these things worked out asap, but it's just not that easy apparently.

Ya... I've seen this too. It's going to get better. There's no lack of effort on the developers, it's just a lot calculations and slight adjustments that need to be refined. This next release will have a lot of improvements though.

I just finished my trial. Out of the 319 hands it caught 70 were errors. I really wanted this to work. I will not be buying until I see better results.

Only with S&G's but it's not perfect in that regard yet. It will be soon though, and I know the next release has a ton of improvements based on the testing we've done so far.

If you want to track your results though, you can use our bovada hand converter and it work with all formats and zone. It is not real time though.

I notice that whenever my opponents sit out, their hud restarts to 0 hands. Is this normal behavior?

Are you talking about the converter or the catcher? The converter will work with any of the PT versions, and the latest will work with known hole cards.

No, but we have reports of this happening sometimes now. The developer fixed one issue, and I think it effected when players sit out. But he's on it, and we're going to resolve that in the next release.

The free trial doesn't seem to work with double or nothing sng's. I haven't tried it on others. I'm using hem 2 2.0.0.8079 ( an older version so that my hand converter software works). I went through the trouble shooting and saw no problems ( a pokerstars path was created, etc. )

Next release should fix this. The developer fixed an issue last time, but caused the reset issue. I'm told any day. It just depends how testing goes.

1. Bovada Card Catcher SEES full ring/9max tables but table finder in HM2 does not

2. Once i attached the arrow under "table finder" to each bovada 6 max table, the HUD works. BUT they do not update, lets say i have 18 hands on player 3 at table "Ringer". It will remain 15 hands only on player 3 table Ranger until i go to table finder AGAIN and put the cross hair onto table Ringer before it will update

I want a refund if i have to MANUALLY drag Table Finder crosshair individually for my HUD stats to update during my sessions.... that is ridiculous
