Close everything down, and re-open the card catcher, and then your poker client. I saw it not catcher once right after doing the auto update. Close and re-open and it's worked fine after that.

If you do see that issue again, which it looks like randomly, every so often (one out of ~100 table opens) Ignition is scrambling the table header, try this alpha build. We're still testing but it seems to catch that change and then unscramble.

maybe one of your other products do this already (tell me if so please) else i have a feature request for card catcher. display the action for the current hand on the table in short form. i def forget action from time to time when overwhelmed.

The auto time-bank engage isn't working after the latest update even thought I have it activated.

EDIT: Ok it sometimes engages and other times it doesn't, purely at random from what I can tell.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this goes outside of the scope of what the card catcher us. We'd basically be building a whole new product in order to implement something like that.

This is something we could add to a product like drivehud though.

This can be done in your HUD, but if you mean to change the graphics on the table, no, it's not possible. You can't even mod Bodog/Ignition anymore because all of the images are stored server side now, instead of locally.

I have version 2.12.2 but my bodog continues to glitch out and automatically close whenever i open it. Anyone else having this problem?

If you read the Ignition thread here in 2+2, you'll see lots of people are having issues w/ the new Ignition client update. But also just update to the latest version as well, since this does have an additional fix in it:

just updated to 2.13.3 because 2.13.2 did not see two of my tables and 13.3 doesent see any of them

Yes, it was for me Weds night after downloading the update above and restarting.

And you're making sure the catcher is open first? Click on settings in the catcher, click create log. Send support that .zip that is generated and they can tell you what's going on.

With the update, everything was working fine until I was a few minutes into today's session. HM2 and BCC froze up and crashed, although I do not know which froze up first.
Upon restarting, I noticed my HUD was not working and only Zone hands were being collected. I decided to restart PC and everything. Strangely, BCC asked me to update when I launched even though I was already using v2.12.3. I updated, and now BCC does not work at all.
If I click "stop HUD", then "start HUD", HM2 says "Open Tables Detected" even though it is not actually recording anything fro those tables. If I click the "Table Finder" and click the icon to my table, I get the following error pop-up: "Please choose a session to attach to this window first".
In "Selected Session", there is no "active session".
In "Reports", the results graph is not updating for today's hands.

FWIW, I'm using HEM2 v2.0.0.8517 and BCC v2.12.3.

I realize its Thanksgiving Weekend, so no rush obviously. Happy Turkey Weekend!

Yeah, the new version of the ignition/bodog poker client doesn't look super stable. We've gotten other similar reports and in the ignition threads on here people are saying the same. They won't be running anything, and the client just crashes. It doesn't sound like it's happening often, and it's something they will eventually work out (we hope ).

As far as your issue, my guess is your virus scanner or something tagged on the card catcher files.That's probably why it's asking to update again. A file(s) are missing. I'd uninstall the catcher, temp disable your virus scanner, and then re-install the catcher. You might want to add a save exception for it too with your virus/firewall program.

I'm having an issue with the hands not showing up in HM2. The hud is showing up and the hands are being caught/imported, but nothing in HM2. Can you assist me with this please.

Hi, just tried using Hand Converter for Ignition for the first time. It says it found and processed 8/8 files that I downloaded from Ignition, but 0 hands. Can you please help?

You need to make sure that HM2's player alias (top left) is set to Hero for ipoker in order to see your stats in HM2.
