I downloaded the new version, still having issues. I play 2/5 regular tables. It does not records hands under the following circumstances:

- open regular table. I am the only one at the table. After 1 minute or so I get whisked away to a full table. HUD never pops up. Just says waiting for hands. The hands never show up in HEM. It only works if I enter into an already running game.

I am having similar issues as well.

sometimes a table wont register at all, other times the HUD will only work for 3 out of the 6 people on the table.

We're only seeing this when two tables break at the same time and you're move at the same time. Developers added an additional check that we're testing and I'll post in a bit. This is all related to the last ignition update.

I'll post the update in a bit, but so far we've only had one table break and move and it works. Can't seem to get two at once.

Sorry FreakDaddy, but like I asked before would there be anyway for the hands that were originally zone hands but were registered as normal hands to now move them over to my fast poker hands for 50NL on HEM2?

2nd time is a charm. I know it's working ok on HM2. Not 100% sure on all versions of PT4, but technically it should. We're still testing, but I posted this because I know people who play long sessions need this fix. Any feedback appreciate. Thanks.

How do I get normal tables hands downloaded from the site into my HM2 with the hole cards showing. I use the card catcher and hand converter for zone hands which works. But normal tables?

Same way you do w/ the hand converter for zone. You manually download and use the hand converter to convert and import. Hands for the converter are converted as HERO for PS. Hands with the catcher are caught as HERO for ipoker.

let the first table load completely before opening the new/second one

if it doesn't attach to the table, close the affected table and then re-spawn it

if you lose your seat then gg, cost of doing business

You can load the sites max tables, but you just need to make sure when you load tables, that the table isn't in the loading phase when you go to load your next table. As long as you do that, you'll have no issues.
