CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD - Page 172 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I have been trying to use the card catcher for zone recently, but I cannot get it to catch the cards on those tables no matter what I do. I am running v. 2.11.4 and the only table I have open on ignition is one zone table. Any tips?

There's no way to run a HUD on zone, but this will track your results in HM/PT so you can review hands, stats.

Maybe you should take back the comment that we're amazing human beings now?

We have limited staff on the weekend but I'm having someone look at this now. If you can send a log again, that would be helpful. If not, no worries. We did test this w/ the hands we got sent in and it fixed them. I was just told that they just fixed the position issue, so maybe we're talking about something else? I have a feeling that's what's going on, so logs to support would definitely be helpful.

I just bought the card catcher with hand converter bundle. It doesn't so up as catching at the zone table but PT4 recognizes it. Am i doing something wrong?

Card catcher works for the first 5 mins or so at regular tables. Then it just stops catching - HEM2's hand count for each player stops going up and I realise that the catcher is no longer detecting new tables. I am using 2.1.1.5 on Windows 10.

If there's a connection problem at all, it seems to miss hands for some tables following the reconnect.

How can I get those missed hands onto my database? Missed a huge pot following a reconnect that I'd really like to track.

Hi, just wondering. Does the license for the Bodog HUD renew automatically or do we have to pay for a new one every year?

If it renews automatically, how can I cancel it?

You're not going to get a HUD on zone. The hands will record in PT4 so you can review and track your own stats.

But yeah, the other option as a backup is get the hand converter and you can download, convert and import those.

Ty. I hate auto renewals. Sometimes it makes sense in monthly memberships, but we purposely took the more consumer friendly approach, even though I know it's not the best "business model".

Try and temp turn off your virus scanner/ firewall and try and installing it again.

Hey! So I've bought the card catcher, the tournament version, and am using holdem manager.

When I play an ignition sng, the card catcher has the table listed at the bottom right, however, none of the files are going into c/programfiles/acepokersolutions/ignition card catcher/hand history. This folder is empty, and I'm not sure why. This is also the folder I have linked under auto import in my HM2. Any help is appreciated!
