Is there a setting that I need to change? Because I had Card Catcher up and 1 table of Zone and it wasn't catching any hands?

Sorry, I meant drivehud. We're adding this to the card catcher next week.

I am using ignition card catcher to get my hands loaded into PT4 from ignition... I have made several attempts to export my PT4 database to HM2... can anyone please tell me why HM2 wont accept these hand histories?... It must have something to do with the card catcher?

The hand formats for HM2 and Pt4 are slightly different. So exporting and then importing them from one to the other won't work. Both databases do have database conversions, so you can convert the entire database to a new one in the other database. It's not ideal, but it will work.

please explain to me what the easiest way for me to export my last 100K hands from PT4 and send to my poker coach so he can review them with HM2 or maybe even H2N... i have tried this several times for past couple years but they keep saying that HM2 doesnt like the hand histories

does this mean we can export our entire PT4 database and will work on HM2.... but just exporting partial, or say, 100K hands will not work?... also, why is this not ideal but will work?... will it hurt our database or something?

No. I'm saying both have a conversion tool. You can convert your entire database into the counter format. You can't export part of the data, just convert the entire database.

It's probably a MAC address issue. Sounds like it at least. Try this:

Delete all unused network adapters from the system.

Open Start Menu
Type In: Device Manager (If on Windows 10, right click on Start and choose ‘Device Manager’)
Select Device Manager
Click the View menu from the top
Select Show Hidden Devices (Must be checked before continuing)

In Device Manager

Scroll down and expand Network Adapters
Right-Click the Network Adapter. Usually the name should contain one of the below:
Microsoft 6to4 Adapter
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
Microsoft xx Tunneling Adapter
TAP-Windows adapter
Select Uninstall

Uninstall Network Adapter.

Click OK for the pop-up warning message.
Repeat and repeat for each of the unwanted duplicate adapters.
Close Device Manager when finished.

Ignition Card Catcher Update - v2.11.4:

http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...up_v2.11.4.exe

- Zone poker support added

There's no way to run a HUD on zone, but this will track your results in HM/PT so you can review hands, stats.

Played some zone this morning. I noticed that my HM2 doesn't distinguish zone from regular tables.

Is this on purpose?

Thanks again.

Checking into this. I'm not sure how HM2 and PT4 are handling this, but we might be able to make it tagged as fast fold. I sent this request to development. Not 100% sure on it though.

Look for this folder (it's hidden by default):

c:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\Mirror

If it exists, then delete that folder and then your license should work again.

it worked

Yeah, sorry. That's not the issue, it's a mirror issue.

I upgraded to the latest version today and now pt4 isn't recording the results of sngs that I don't cash until I stop getting hands and run tournament detection.
