I have tried it with PT 4 AND HM 2 and it still only grabs a couple hands then just stops working on both of them.

There's a bug with ante's that has been fixed. I put up the fixed version, and this was also confirmed on a user system today who had this same issue.

But if you're having any other issue, just contact support with a screenshot of your bovada tables running and they can help you get setup.

when do you expect the MTT version to be released roughly?

Very soon. I don't have an exact ETA. We've been working on a new process so we can have all mods running and that is making good progress, so we want to tie it all together with the MTT version as well.

We do have a new .32 version up. It fixes the ante issue in S&G's where hands were stopping after several rotations.

9 handed tables still aren't working for me. It grabs 2 hands and then stops working. 6 max works fine. Also if I win a session and review it in Poker Tracker it usually shows me losing. I think my all in hands don't always get recorded.

Are you using the latest (.33) version? I've asked a few people in here about this supposed full ring issue, and sent developer versions to them as well but no one has been able to duplicate it. If you can, then I can send you a version and we can figure out what's happening with it. We've tried for countless hours to duplicate it without success. Let me know, because if there is an issue, I'd love to fix it.

I had .30 so I updated it and then loaded a full ring and a 6max table. The hud shows up on the 6max but nothing on the full ring, and pokertracker doesn't notice the full ring table under active tables. I wish I knew how to duplicate it all I do is join tables.

Thanks for the screenshot. It looks like the catcher see's the table though. The time bank button is there. So something else must be going on. How many hands were played on that full ring table? I can have the developer jump on your system to see what the issue is. I know he'll be able to figure it out quick. If you PM me your e-mail I can set some time up for you. Just let me know.

I'm looking into getting this, but I have a question I can't find a solid answer to. I play Bovada 6m Zone and all I want to know is, will running this program catch HH in real time and update in HEM2? The HH delay for Bovada kills me, does this let me avoid that?

I can't get the dam hand histories to come off of Bovada. Yes I've watched the video. There's no download button for the hand histories on the poker client for me?

Can you send a screenshot of your bovada tables running to support. They can look at them and see if there's something you can adjust to get it working better. I'm guessing there's some setting that is off, and with a small tweak it should get you running better.

It's not going to capture zone hands. There's no way to do this because the user name is not tracked at all. So even if you could capture one hand as it's played, you wouldn't have any data on a player you could have faced before. So there's just zero point in doing it.

If you want to track your results though, you can use our bovada hand converter and it work with all formats and zone. It is not real time though.

Can't get my hud to work. I downloaded the trial to see if I could get it setup. I'd like to just purchase it and get it working.

I just purchased this software. It's not recognizing me as hero on all my tables. I would say about 1/3 of the time it doesn't. I have animations turned off, have a red background, using the black/red 1 cards, 4 color deck. DPI is at 100. 6max tables. I didn't have the problem during trial. I haven't changed anything. Any ideas?

i am having trouble with the program.i use HM2. the hh directory is empty. and the table finder doesn't pick up anything. i have the tables set to red and cards r black on red with a 4 color deck. the tables i believe r more or less default size. i emailed support but no response. it want to buy it but would like to know it is going to work before hand. thanks for any assistance.

Contact support and send them a screenshot of your bovada tables running. They can get you working properly.

It was working during trial, but now it won't? Nothing changes when you register it. Other than double checking your settings. Try running it in default size mode to make sure it's running, and then adjust it from there. You can send support a screenshot also and they can let you know of anything.

When did you e-mail support? Try using this form. I think there's some kind of major server delay going on right now. I've never seen this happen, but I was told the support channel was unusually slow the last day+. I just sent an e-mail and nothing came through, but the form it worked right away. I've been using Card Catcher for about two months and my PT4 results are absurdly incorrect. Is this just from hands not being imported? Any fixes? It usually runs okay when I'm playing but occasionally my stats disappear and the other players' are in the incorrect position. Other times random opponent's stats will disappear for a few hands and come back. I've also noticed it missing 3bets.

What version are you running?

For the life of me I can't seem to get the HUD to stop switching positions. Every few hands, without fail, it moves the stats to the wrong seats and every time I move them back, it just switches again. I tried to lock the HUD layout in HM2 but that didn't help.
