Yes, but with HU's S&G's specially, you just need to be careful that you're waiting for a table to load before the next. If you're on waiting list for several, they can load pretty quick and at the same time and that can cause an issue.

Is there a way to collect zone hands in real time or that only works for reg tables and i have to manually download zone hh off the site?

Can you help me figure out why the positionson the TT HUD for all players are off by two spots? It used to work fine but now its always off by two spots.

Yes, but we haven't officially put that out yet. We will here soon. So you can either use the hand converter, or wait for the update on this.

You checked the settings on the catcher and made sure the seat positions were the same as what you have configured for your preferred seating on Ignition/bodog correct? If so, then I'd probably ask TT. Maybe there's some setting on their end. As long as the setting in the catcher is set to the same preferred seat as your ignition config, it will work correctly.

Im trying to import some bodog hands to hm2 that were converted via CC to ipoker format. The files are importing blanks though so the hands arent showing up.

any known fix for this?

Hey FD,

Have just played around with the trial version and within an hour of testing have gone on to purchase the full version. I do however have two questions I'm hoping you can help me with.

1. I have set up cash game catching fine and importing as expected into HM2 however am not getting zone hands being imported. I did read that it may take 24 hours to convert, is this accurate? As long as I have started catching can I be confident hands will be loaded in.

2. Is there any way I can get previous hands from zone (about the last 2 weeks worth) imported into HM2?

Just collect hands in real time. A HUD on zone is impossible because names are anonymous. We already have zone hand capture on Drivehud. So we're going to port that over the the card catcher soon.

That's for the hand converter. You can convert and see all known hole cards for Pt4 w/ the ignition hand converter. Card catcher (product for this thread) allows you to run a HUD, but not on zone.

Were they originally caught for HM or for PT? If they were originally for hm2, then I'd just grab the hands from the Hm2 archive. If you open site options in hm2, then you can see where your hm2 archive is, and just point hm2 to that folder for ipoker.

The hand formats needed to import into HM or PT are different. I don't think there's any way to convert these that I know of, but I'll ask the developers and see if they have any ideas.

If I purchase the Card Catcher for $39.99, I know the HUD & Card Catcher work for normal cash games but with regards to Zone will the Card Catcher component still work? I.e. will I be able to import the hands into PT4 once I download them? I understand the HUD will not work on Zone.
