CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD - Page 166 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Haven't been able to get the HUD to work for about a week now. Was hoping the update would fix it but it's still not popping up. It's recognizing the tables but not displaying the HUD.

Any ideas for an easy fix?

What database are you using? What version of that database? What games are you playing?

Having some trouble with either the catcher or PT4 freezing up and not recording the hands. Not every time but enough to be annoying. I believe its the catcher as ive never had the trouble before the last few updates. catcher is up to date, and just updated PT4, will report back on the issue.

I'm using Poker Tracker v4.14.27 if that's what you mean. Playing heads up cash games.

If you just updated PT4, check your settings. Make sure that the ignition settings are still correct. I just checked your version w/ the latest catcher and it's working fine. Check the ignition card catcher HH directory and make sure that hands are written there and then double check your ipoker settings in PT4. Make sure they are pointing there. Also just do standard stuff like reboot if you haven't in a while. If you're still having an issue then click on settings in the card catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file to support and they can look at your settings.

It's because your database is open. Close it, and install the catcher again.

my database isnt open. It works when i try to save to a different location, but I'm not sure why the location saved matters at all. (I dont want to store it on my SSD for space reasons)

Something is writing to and keeping that location busy, so that's why it won't install there. That's all that message means. Something else has locked that location. Usually this is a poker database running.

Make sure you have the latest versions of your database. Make sure your import folders are correct. If you're stilling having issues, then contact support and they can look at your logs and get you setup.

Not anytime immediately. It's a lot more development right now to get it to work w/ multiple databases. With DriveHUD we 100% control the information flow, which is important on an anonymous fast poker game.

the hud for the tables are mixed up. the hud appears on the bottom left table when it should be on the top left table. another issues seems that it makes ignition crash when i start the card catcher.

Thanks I got your PM. HI and the catcher cannot run at the same time. I just wrote you this, but update your catcher, and run the catcher and HM w/o HI running.

Why isn't it refreshing when I am playing a tournament?

I legit get the players at my first table but if anyone leaves it doesn't register the new player so I only have the HUD's of the original people.

Help.
