Frustrating.
That being said, I have some theories. I don't know exactly how the catcher works. The fact that it bugs out when tables are opened simultaneously makes me think that when a table is opened, it triggers a screengrab looking for things such as table name, players, seat positions, blinds, etc.
The first table I open works everytime. 100%. The second table, inconsistent.
(1) In fact, as soon as the 2nd table pops up, sometimes it is my action on the 1st and so i switch to the 1st table, covering up some of the 2nd table.
(2) I also place the 2nd table immediately below the 1st table, covering up its table title.
(3) I am also sometimes moving the table as it loads. Not sure if this is important.
Could (1) or (2) or (3) be the real issue?
No, we don't do any screen grabs at any point w/ the software. This is an issue post update w/ the new ignition software, and why this happens is highly technical. I'll explain it in laymens terms though. Now that Ignition embeds java inside of chrome, each command that Ignition wants to run opens as a new process on your system (just like chrome). So every new table, every lobby search, everything. So to assign the HUD to the correct table is like putting together a puzzle, and if you open another table while it's trying to put this puzzle together for the current table you're loading, it's like changing the picture of the puzzle in the middle of you putting it together. Hope that makes sense.
What version are you using, because this really should be a non-issue if you're using the latest version? If you're 100% sure you've waited and have the latest version, please send support your log by clicking settings, create log, and send them that .zip file. They will take a look and help you out.
That being said, we are still working on making it load like it did before the last update. Someone is actively working on that as I type.
