Make sure you have the latest version. We don't have any known issues w/ crashes or anyone having problems w/ ICC and ignition. Ignition sometimes have problems on it's own. After Ignition's main update, we had some issues w/ crashes and forced closes with ICC, but we fixed those, and haven't had one report in the last 3.5 weeks now.

So please make sure you grab and install the latest, reboot your system and you should be good:

why does it say my serial expired when I bought it before you guys had the subscription model?

It won't. It just depends on when you purchased. But it's been subscription for quite some time. So unless you purchased in the first 6 months, it's been subscription, and for good reason. This thing is insanely expensive to maintain.

E-mail support and have them check your license. The renewal is 1/3rd the purchase price. So I don't know the date of your license, you'd have to check w/ support.

I'm experiencing some of the same problems that previous posters have mentioned.

ICC v.2.10.4
HEM2 2.0.0.8079 (old version -- allows you to see hole cards)

Problems:
--The HUD will continue to display but sometimes stop catching on 1 or more tables. A couple times it has thrown me off where players have raised and their PFR hasn't changed.
--In situations where I have not been able to get the HUD running on a table, it will never work, even if i close/reopen the table.
--ICC has caught every table i'm on, but HEM2 "Table Finder" sometimes misses some. For example, the 2nd table I opened (separately) seemed to not be found in HEM2. This has happened for the third straight day. Every table opened after seems to work. But sporadically as I open more and more tables throughout the day, some do not get picked up by HEM2.


I have a feeling it might have to something to do with HEM2's old version. Again the ICC has caught every table so far in my experience. I still have to drag and drop the HUD onto the tables manually, which i learned was changed in the later versions of HEM2.

Freakdaddy, have you done extensive testing with the HEM 2.0.0.8079 old version? Perhaps its time for me to upgrade and forgo looking at hole cards.

Are any of you posters still on the same HEM version having this problem too? Let me know if anyone else is experiencing this.

Yeah the latest Ignition update is forcing our hand here a bit. I'd recommend updating to the latest HM2. We're not seeing any problems w/ the latest HM2 from customers. What you can do is just continue to download hands, and just periodically downgrade HM2, import and look at know hole cards, then upgrade back. It's not ideal, but it's doable if you see value in it.

Using the latest HM2 w/ the catcher will make using a HUD on Ignition a lot easier as well since you won't have to use table finder anymore.

Your license should be expired then. I think there was someone on here that had a license key in the first couple of weeks of sale (old license), and it said this incorrectly. But if you're getting this it's expired, and you should have a renew button.

Just wanted to check in and say that ever since 2.10.4 update I've had zero problems with ICC! Great work guys!

Send a message to support. Likely your serial is wrong in our sales system. Maybe you have to get a new license or something. As far as date, I don't even know anymore. It's been over 3-4 years now. If you have a license that didn't have a renewal, it will not show as expired. But that was about a 6 month window on release I believe. Obviously there's a ton of maintenance on this kind of product, so in order to sell it at all, a renewal (and we've kept it as cheap as possible), needs to be in place.

scrolled the past couple pages and don't see much regarding my issue, ignition tournaments. working along side HM2, if I try to add a tourney table to my cash sessions its showing up on the catcher but no hud ever pops up. if I go to table finder in hm2 its not showing

Yeah lately for me the first MTT or two will get imported into PT4/HEM2 and a HUD will show, but then additional MTTs aren't being imported into PT4/HEM2 despite being listed on the card catcher. It is making it almost useless for my MTT grind. Any solutions?

What version of HM2 are you using please?

I have the latest versions of PT4 and HEM 2 and and the lack of hand importing is happening in both

Reboot then. Make sure you are waiting for the table to fully load before you load your next. As long as you do that you'll have no issues. The problems I'm seeing on here, when people contact support, it's 100% of the time been this issue to this point.

Not sure if this is an issue from ignition or from card catcher but I get this following error each time I try to download my hand history from ignition. Just started a few days ago and now when I try to load them into my PT4 it wont work.

"A JavaScript error occurred in the main process

Uncaught Exception
Error: EMFILE: too many open files, open C/Igntion Hand History/
(Player number) Etc. "

Reboot.. make sure you're only loading one table at a time. If you have a table in the loading process, and you load another, you'll have this issue (post ignition's last update). If you've done this, and you think you're still having an issue, then please click on settings, create log, and send support that .zip file it creates. Just fyi though, so far every log we've gotten, the person has had a table in loading process while loading another one. I know this can sometimes be easy to do if you're playing S&G's (sounds like you were saying MTT's).
