The catcher works fine. Reboot if you're having an issue.

Post ignition's update, you have to be more diligent about closing things down, and making sure you're not opening more than one table at the same time. As long as you do those things, it will work 100% of the time.

Stopped working for me as well.

I went into Import Configuration on PT4 and didn't see the Bodog folder under iPoker. I tried adding it but it doesn't work. Auto detect isn't detecting it either.

My catcher is currently working but once I close one table and reopen another the new players are detected correctly at the new table but hero stats are the same as the previous table I just left. I'm using preferred seating option also. I know all these rapid fire coding changes have to be hectic for your development team so even though two plus two'ers (myself included) get super spazy when HUD's malfuction during sessions we appreciate your efforts on these forums.

I believe I'm having the same issue.

I'm not sure what you mean by bodog folder. 1) Make sure you have the latest version of ICC. 2) Watch the tutorial video for PT4. I don't think you're understanding setup, and this will explain it much more clearly. Just load the catcher, click on video tutorial in the app from the right hand side.

If you have any other questions, just let me know.

So because you're sitting at random tables, which you have no control over, it's highly likely you can get the same table again. Especially if you're playing at stakes that usually don't have a lot of tables running. And when this happens the table ID is the same and your database picks this up and assumes you're still in the same table session. I'll speak w/ development, but I'm not really sure there's anything that can be done about this. When you could pick your own tables on Ignition, this wasn't an issue, but since it's all random now, if you have a long session, this could happen.

There might be some way to reset the stats in the HUD manually. I'm not 100% sure about that, and both hm and pt might not have this.

Ok, after some head scratching, I think we figured out why some people were having it work sometimes, and then stopped. You had Ignition open while you were updating initially, and the capture DLL process was locked and didn't update. This wasn't an issue pre-update, so it makes sense.

So, if you close Ignition, close the catcher, re-download and install you should be all good:

If you can click on settings in the catcher, and click create log, and send support that .zip file it creates we can see what the table titles are and what you're seeing.

As far as time bank, I believe you have to have windows scaling set at 100% for it to work. Just double check that. We haven't had any reported issues w/ that either.
Sry for the late reply to this. I did a reinstall/reboot today and am still having the same issues (HUD stops appearing after ~5 mtt's, won't recognize satellites, and 6m HUD's are overlayed on adjacent tables) but I sent a email w/ logs attached to support.

I haven't been able to get auto timebank to work either, is there anything else that could be causing it to malfunction besides scaling? Double checked and it's at 100%. Thanks!

Can you PM me your e-mail so I can synch the log w/ your post please?

Also, I'd recommend just closing everything and trying to re-install and reboot. I have plenty of people who have posted in here and said they did this, sent a log, and their DLL wasn't updated because they still have Ignition open. We're going to doing a build I think tomorrow to eliminate this from happening, but if you just make sure Ignition and the catcher are closed when you install, you'll get everything updated properly.

The version number will say it's updated, but the catcher DLL doesn't get updated if you have Ignition or the catcher loaded. Another strange Ignition thing post their recent update.

Switching from Holdem Indicator noob here,

Do you have to play a hand 1st before it catches HH's and HUD pops up?

I tried this sequence twice: rebooting, installing ICC before opening anything else to ensure that no ignition background processes were running, then rebooting again but that didn't fix it.

The program runs great/like normal and the HUD displays for the first few tables, it's just ~5 tables into a session that the HUD stops displaying on any new tables (at least for me). Again I feel like satellite mtt's in particular may be an issue as I haven't gotten my HUD appear for one running the last couple updates.

I spoke to the development team and they said some sattelites were causing an issue / not reading the table headers correctly. There's a new build coming out today to address that. So that's likely the cause of what you're seeing. I'll post that build in here today.

A hand history has to be written before the HUD comes up. So yes, one full hand has to be played.

Good... but we do have some outlier issues. I'll be putting up a new update today.

Figured out why some people were having issues w/ the HUD not aligning when using preferred seating, and that's because they were observing and then positioning the HUD, and then when they played, and Ignition assigned hero seat, it moved the positions again. Just stupid little stuff like this that are still outlier issues. All should be fixed w/ this update.

Hi, FD
With this new 10.3, my hud isn't attaching correctly to some games (I have to exit the game and reenter) and sometimes the huds will misalign between hands (the hud for player one will temporarily jump to another player for a hand). It could be some new update of Ignition's or I may have just had bad luck with my latest quick session. I play 6max cash and had zero problems with the version 10.2.
Overall, your product is absolutely fantastic. Thanks

edit - between all sessions, I reboot, and I always wait until the hud populates one table before I open another.

Thanks for the feedback. It may have something to do w/ the new preferred seating change. I'll have them look into it more.

Ignition did have another update late last night, so it could be related to that. Checking it though.

We found it. It's related to the preferred seating change. Strange bug though, but we'll put a patch out.

ok, round 2.

Ignition Card Catcher update - v2.10.4
http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...up_v2.10.4.exe

- fix for preferred seating

It was having an issue w/ the new update and when players sat out at the same time across multiple tables. Fixed now. Tested it myself as well and had others who had this issue confirm it was fixed as well. This should be solid gold.
