anyone use this for HUNL? I'm experiencing issues with it properly recording stats like donk bets etc and it resets hands for villain if i reload.

If you're having issues try the latest build - .30. Several of these issues were corrected in this build.

I can no longer use trial...is there a way to get trial again to try the new patch?

Just purchased, and have noticed that while playing HUNL my opponents HUD stats seem to reset a lot, mine wont, but every 20 or 30 hands or so my opponents stats get reset to Hand 1.

There is something that is happening with HU's lately. I know the developer is looking into it as we speak. I expect him to resolve it within the next day.

A quick software update.

So right now, the bovada catcher will work with a 1% or less error rate if you don't use table or card mods, use red or blue backgrounds on your tables, and you have a standard DPI setting of 100%. It will still work with other setups, but the accuracy decreases. That's how it stands right now. I don't think we realized the vast array of mods and table setups out there when we first released.

We've been trying a couple of different approaches on improving read rate, and ability to have any kind of table, card mod out there. The first approach we tried did not work. The second approach we're using has been successful. Now it's just a matter of time of fitting it all in together and testing. The benefit of the approach we used overall is that tournament ID's and win amounts will be captured better. Auto time back is added, and we have backup methods for capturing data.

We wanted to provide a good an cheap alternative to leverage existing software that users have, and so that they could configure some better HUD setups. Right now as it stands (I'm a customer of the software), it works for most people with that goal in mind. This new approach should iron anything out for others who are having an issue.

I took the racetrack off and im using a blue background, but it still isn't working on my full ring tables. It works on 6max just fine. It recorded 3 hands on the FR table then stopped.

Did you update to the latest build yet? There were several full ring fixes in that build (.30).

Yes, it works for SNG's. If you download the trial it will work with sit and go's. It's beta right now so we don't have it officially on there, but you can purchase it right now. MTT's will be following soon as well.

I bought the full tournament version, I already had the convertor software DL and working great. I can't get the catcher to "catch" anything. So far I had 1/4 HU SNGS actually get picked up, 0/3 DON SNGS, and 0/2 9 man SNGs.

I read all the troubleshoot in the program and watched tutorial 2x to make sure I had it right. I changed from racetrack to basic blue and did everything i've come across in thread. I emailed support too, What do you think I am doing wrong?

Are you using anything like table tamer or any 3rd party apps like that? Try the red background too just as an extra precaution. I'll do my best to help.

I downloaded the trial version and followed the tutorial step by step. The hud is working, but the table is flashing every 90 secs or so. I also can't get it to catch any hands at all. I'm running HM2 and using the default card and table settings with animation turned off if that helps at all. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

I had to create a player alias as I was running merge and bovada at the same time and HM2 was only displaying stats for my merge account. Once I created the alias and linked both names, everything appeared where it should be.

I am testing the trial version with HEM2. I have followed the setup correctly and have the hands catching and the HUD working. It seems to miss hands. However, I am just observing the table. In the hands that it does catch it won't display any info in the Hand Viewer except stack sizes of all players and the players involved in the hand. It doesn't show the board or any of the bets on any of the streets. Is this normal while observing a table and will it show all of the info if you are actually playing?

Also, it is allowing me to catch more than 1 orbit of hands. I think you mentioned in an earlier post that Bovada didn't allow this?

Ok, cool. Good to know.

Well, technically it's against their TOS to do so. They don't have an issue with a running HUD as long as you are there playing. They don't want people data mining, which you can only do so much now that there's no player IDs.

Send support a screenshot of your bovada table running. My recommendation is, if it's not working completely for you, use the troubleshooting and bring your setup down to the basic recommendations. Once you get it working that way, then you can make changes on your setup again until there's an issue.

Over the last 24 hours of the trial I've run into a few different problems. Yesterday it would occasionally miss a hand and at times would import hands that I never played. What has been imported to my HM2 database is off by a fair amount from my actual results. At one point, one of my tables was displaying 2 player #5's, one of which was me(there was no hero displayed). Today, the HUD worked for 3-4 hands and then just stopped working altogether. It appeared on the table, but never updated beyond the 3rd or 4th hand. After restarting everything and following the tutorial step by step, I was unable to get the hud working again. I really do enjoy the program when its working properly, but it can be frustrating to deal with at times. If a few of these kinks would be ironed out, I'd be more than happy to purchase the product.

One question, does this software for 2 machines? And I can buy combo version right now.

Yes, one product code works for to 2 PC's. And yes, you can purchase the combo now. MTT's support is still not officially released.
