Played a long mtt session with the newest version and it worked great with just two issues:

1. Maybe 1/8 tables were not recognized by the catcher and needed to be closed/reopened which only sometimes worked. It seemed like it was mostly happening for satellite tables for whatever reason, although a few regular tables were affected as well.

2. The auto timebank still wasn't working for me. I know initially after the update it looked like that feature might not be reparable but in the notes for v2.09.9 you mentioned it was working for win10 which I'm running. Is there any configuration needed for it besides checking the box in settings?

New Ignition update this morning and now my HUD stats are in the wrong places or not showing up at all on some tables. On the tables where the HUD doesn't appear no hands are tracked and imported to PT4. 6max also now tracked as 9max again.

Had 2 of my guys check as well, everything is working fine as well. I'd try and reboot maybe, and make sure you're loading one table at a time.

I did notice that I had a bit of a delay the first time I logged into Ignition. The table graphics were lagging, like it did sometimes several months back. So maybe it was a connection issue on your end? Not sure, but everything seems ok.

I'm posting a new update today as well that is addressing some MTT tables.

How does one save changes to the HUD positioning using HM2, or is this even possible with HM2? Thanks.

Ok, false alarm! I rebooted after the Ignition update and all is well! Phew...

You don't have to save, just position the HUD where you want it, and it automatically saves. Again, do this on just one table only the first time until you have the HUD positioned correctly.

So loading 1 table at a time is important? It usually starts out working fine for me, then eventually stops working. Could this be because 2 sit n goes fill and load at the same time? I will make an effort to make sure that doesn't happen.

Correct. 1 table at a time. We're still working on trying to make this a non issue, but like I've stated previously, it's highly complex, and might not be possible considering all of the individual setups people have. I'm hopeful, but we'll see.

And yes, if 2 S&G tables are loading at once, then you'll have an issue.

I think on updates something gets stuck in chrome cache. That's my best guess because support had a ton of these kinds of messages, and then after reboot everyone said it worked again. It makes sense, and really Ignition should force reboot after updates now because it could cause issue w/ other programs.

The card catcher shows no tables and I have no Hud. I'm configured correctly for PT4 and my site configuration is correct.

Also; have to resize every table opened.

Did you read the post right above yours? Ignition had another update, did you reboot after update?

What version of the catcher are you using?

No open tables detected in HM2 on new update, was able to detect them and get HUD working with drag-and-drop on last update.
(Catcher is importing hands correctly, just not showing HUD/detecting tables in HM2)

The HUD is working now but I have to resize every table and every time I move a table, it gets larger. Can't get the tables to stay at the same size.

It seems like there are a few preset sizes that the tables will snap to; my guess it that this has something to do with screen scraping/OCR (identifying text or images on a window that can have many different sizes can be quite difficult in my experience).
Or bodog is just f***'d and resizes the tables for no apparent reason.

Why are you dragging and dropping huds to the table? Are you running a really old version of hm2?

That's how Ignition functions now. It's not on our end, it's ignition being embedded in chrome. I read in other developers threads that if you windows font is over 100%, this could cause issues. The catcher can't control this, but I'd recommend trying to set your text size in windows to 100% if you're having an issue. It's a bug on Ignition's side that I know people have contacted them about.

I'm using HM 2.0.0.8079, the one the converter from Ace solutions suggests you downgrade to.
The only way I could get the HUD to work last update was dragging and dropping through table finder. Do I need to update HM2?

Yesterday, my hud worked fine. Today, I had to reset the hud on every table opened. Using 2.10.2. Also, would have to close and open the catcher when opening the first table at start up to get the catcher to read the table.

Gotcha... ya, so if you're using the older version of HM2, you're correct, you'd have to drag your tables over. If you upgrade hm2, then you won't have all known hole cards, but the hud will auto load.

Ignition's update, they embed java in a chrome window. So your system doesn't know the dimensions of the table you're attaching to. I think if you change your windows text size to 100%, this helps with re-adjustments.

The best thing to always do, post Ignition's update is to shut everything down between sessions. Make sure that you're loading up ICC first. It shouldn't matter when you open and close w/ 10.2 version, but it's always just best to eliminate any variables. If you were having issues like you said, and all else failed, reboot. Run a clean system.

Make sure you're running only one table at a time, and if you're running any other 3rd party apps, make sure you reboot after having used those. I'm talking about 3rd party poker apps. Some people's systems will flush the chrome cache more efficiently. I think it depends on system resources, and ironically the more resources you have, the more likely chrome data will linger.

The first couple of updates after Ignition's new version, support was slammed w/ issues. Since the 10.2 version, I think we've had 1 support issue that I'm aware of. So it's working very well overall, and when we get it to work w/o caring about the next window loading, that should close out any potential issues.

Yall killed my session today. Hud would not show up once on main tourneys. Get it together JESUS. Would love to see my stack size. Catcher and Indicators.

Glad to hear it worked for you. In 100k didn't show up rebooted didn't show up. Table finder didn't recognize table. Worked for cash. Bombed out huge on all my tourneys. So whatever it is its definitely not 100% fixed.
